I have seen an antibiotic before with tranylcypromine in the structure.

It was by Lednicer's colleague Lester Mitscher but he is dead now also.

This reminded me of 5,6-Dibromotryptamine, which you have probably seen already.

Another structure that showed up in my database was PC44156003.

Dibromo is stronger than for dichloro in the IC50 value which was 4nM for DA, 3.1nM for NE & 120nM for 5HT.

Another place that reminds me of 2 bromine halogens replacing 2 chlorines is for Brombuterol.
