I didn't realise it was that old. I was thinking of the Matrix and Inception as films it has similarities with but yeah you're right it clearly does not borrow from them as it's the same age as the Matrix.

I still think of 15 years old as recent, though, PT... won't be long now before you feel the same way!
 
Watched ted, pretty good film. some funny bits, wouldnt say its amazing though. deff worth watching

Horror film about people stuck in a lift. It won't be a spoiler to say that Satan shows up.

Was pretty good for a low-budget horror. Not much in the way of character development or plot, although it's not totally lacking, but it builds up good tension if that's what you like. It was better than Elevator which I also watched last week.

Just finished watching that. Top film. Enjoyed that. Did the whole dream-imagery/dream-logic stuff way better than Inception, but I suppose that's kinda inevitible with animation... Thanks for the recommendtion, doubt I'd've come across it otherwise. Stopped keeping up with anime many years ago. Might be re-inspired to catch up with a few more now :)
 
I just watched 'Ted' with my friend this afternoon. We both thought that it was a good film with some real laugh out loud moments.
The special effects they used to make Ted appear real were very good also.
A good film if you just want a good laugh and not have to think about anything, this film will cheer you up.
 



Zoo is a 2007 documentary film based on the life and death of Kenneth Pinyan aka Mr.Hands, an American man who died of peritonitis due to perforation of the colon after engaging in receptive anal sex with a horse.

Seen it & made me laugh.

you ever seen the real film of it?.......so funny you hear the guy go "Aaaaaaarrrrrrggggghhhhhh" as it goes right up his ass, then some guy goes "You ok?"

No problem, I love the film tbh. The dream scenes are amazing & the weird toys marching along still are stuck in my mind to this day.
 
did any of you Zoo fans watch the TV (i think) docu about the whole scene in America somewhere, on a few years ago? T'was a really interesting watch. It involved going into the whole relationships between various solitary people and a couple who had a ranch and how the isolation and difficulty in forming human relationships seemed to be the backbone. With some of them actually falling in love with the horses. (don't think that was Zoo, think it was a different one)

There was another one, british made I think about the woman who was in Animal Farm I think ... can't remember what happened ... she may have died recently. Wish I could remember her name. That docu was a bit better than the other because it unrevelled a lot of her character and was quite personal, she seemed really lonely, it was quite sad

Seen both bits, The worst was Linda lovelace, she was made to fuck a huge dog at gunpoint.

There was also a rare case of a woman that died from a reaction to Dog semen, it made her Vagina swell up & exploded killing her.
