Rarest/Most Exotic Opioid You Have Tried?

Yeah Oxymorphone was my next 'find' but seeing as its all but more invisible then hydromorphone in the UK and the yanks have appaered to have totally ruined their drug with these new forumulations I dont know what I am going to do.

I don't know which one would be considered the most exotic out of all opioids I took. I guess it must be something that isn't and was never used in medicine, and didn't appear on the street by chance. Pentamorphone can be one of them or 6-MDDM. Good ol' times.

Interesting, can you describe the pleasurable effects of these two opioids as they compare to morphine?

Im lucky enough to have tried both Diconal and Dilaudid - which are both quite hard to find in the UK.

Good opiates are few and far between in the UK. Dihydrocodeine is cheap and easy to get but that it about as good as it gets. OxyNORM (Oxycodone) is apparently prescribed but it's prescribed infrequently.

Pure uncut Mexican tar. Now the whole "pure, uncut" thing is thrown around a lot. But i had a scientist friend test it at his university. 89% heroin, I'm guessing at least another 9% was the beautiful random opiates found in tar.

Oxymorph, hydromorph, morphine.... Nothing that great

IV fentanyl, had it nearly 8 weeks ago in hospital. I guess it's not super rare but I haven't had access to it outside this and 8.5 weeks ago I would never of guessed I was that close to ticking it off the list. We don't have much opiates in Aus compared to North America it seems, the only scripted opies I am yet to try I can think of are hydromorphone and pethidine.

Recently tried Onsolis(fentanyl buccal films) They were meh.... If I were to have up'd the dosage it would probably be better. Might give it another try today who knows..

my poison is the generic opana ER 15s and the opana IR 10s, i get 120 of each a month, and can make them all injectible........the only thing that comes to mind that I havent tried and that are supposed to be good are those Fentora pops, like fentanyl lolly pops up to 1600mcg...........and ive never tried the butorphanol nasal spray for headaches

Oh i had a question....if one were to swallow an 8mg dilaudid vs. a 10mg opana ir, wouldn t the dilaudid be stronger? 8mg dilaudid oral has 40% oral bio. so you would absorb about 3mg? and a 10mg ir opana is 10% oral bio. which would be 1mg....

Isn't 3mg of hydromorphone stronger than 1mg of oxymorphone? my doctor told me the opana IR were stronger, but i dont understand how.

thanks

Ive never had much opiates beside the usual... Oxy, heroin, tramadol, morphine, bupe, methadone. Im probally leavong a few out.

Ive had chances of gettin dilaudid, opana and tapentadol.

'Onsolis' sounds the same as FENTORA....FENTORA is among the BEST.....BUT...as you indicate, dosage is everything! Fentora, to be specific, are very small pills (size of 2 match heads) that are individually wrapped in blister-packs. If, for instance, you obtain an Rx for 90 pills...they come in perforated packs of 4. Getting them out without breaking can prove troublesome. These pills are like alka-seltzer. They foam up and are meant to be placed between your cheek and gum. There's no sense in trying to snort, inject or whatever because they work in less than 5 minutes. And BOY do THEY WORK! The doses range from 100 mcg's (micrograms) to 800mcgs. I currently get three (3) 800mcg's a day for breakthru pain. Unless you have cancer, getting them, or getting a physician to prescribe them is a different story. I do not have cancer but rather a spinal column that has 12 levels of metal reconstruction (broken back) over multiple surgeries. A doctor cannot just prescribe them without writing a letter describing why you should have them. It was a process that took about 4-6 weeks for approval. Well worth the wait! Whoa, they blow me and my pai away...ALSO, there is now a time release pill for DILAUDID...it's called EXALGO. I've read many people complaining that it doesn't work.....which for many means they didn't get real high. Once again, DOSAGE is the key. You can forget trying to defeat the time release. It will not happen!...BUT, if the physician prescribes correctly....it's much better than the old OC 80's. Exalgo dosages are 6mg, 8mg, 12mg and 16mg. If you're familiar with dilaudid...16mg sounds GREAT! not in the time release formula though. My doc Rx's me 80mgs daily to be taken all at once (seriously)! Exalgo is a 24hr medication, therefore I am instructed to "take five (5) tablets upon awakening" each day. Together, Fentora/Exalgo is a winning combination!!!! PS: prior to this medication regimen, I was prescribed six (6) Oxycontin 80mg daily...on the bottle it said "take 2 tablets every 6-8 hours"...MDD= 6 tablets...along with 6 30mg morphine sulfate pills for breakthru pain. Either combination has saved my life. I can actually function (walking) at a low level rather than be bed ridden!
