Rarest/Most Exotic Opioid You Have Tried?

I think the oddest one I ever had was paregoric. Burned off the alcohol, cooked off the camphor and injected 100 units. Massive pins & needles, not alot of high .

As for North Americans here, has anyone ever been prescribed or scored Tilidine? In Germany, Switzerland and Austria, it's a common, medium potent but quite euphoric opioid. IIRC it's Schedule I in USA, but not sure.

That sounds pretty nasty. I so wish that I lived during the time when they sold that stuff OTC. Like the Imodium of the early 1900's, but good.

It wasnt unpleasant. A friend and I stumbled across 1 partial pharm bottle of paregoric. Like I said, I got massive pins & needles and I thought I was about to get a huge opiate rush, but the rush never materialized . I was also on methadone at the time, so this may be why I didn't get much of a high from it . It was definitely interesting .

Yeah...A 7 gram ball of very pure opium, Was taught the correct way to heat & vaporize - It was very dreamy/exotic & tasted wonderful. Out of the 6-7 friends I turned on(to) only a couple really understood it
All the others wanted to mix it w/ bud, or thought just putting a piece in a bong would make it better, they didnt get any more invites (until my 2 bro's & some laid back female friends finished it)
The reason opium laced Tai Stick was so alluring is because the skinny buds that are tied to the piece of stalk/stem were 100% Sativa. Opium laced Indica would be contradictory.
Opiated Thai was the shit back in the day.

my all time fav is diconal never had anything else as euphoric as good old fashoned dipipanone and cyclizine. only other synthetic i want to try is dextromoramide though as im in uk ill never see palfium again i doubt :( saying that i have seen recent posts 2010-2012 on internet from uk people saying they are on palfium, either they are telling porkie pies or it must of been a private prescription. (can any1 confirm this?) to my knowledge palfium is even rarer than the holy diconal. fentanyl is strong but seriously lacks euphoria almost like a much more potent version of pethidine with only the euphoria of pethidine to match imo, never tried the semi synthetics except oxycodone but find that weaker than morphine. love to try oxymorphone

Yeah I'm pretty interested in these two, supposedly they're partial agonists like bupe. I heard pentazocine can give you some trippy effects as well.
yep spot on they are both partial agonists nalbuphine and pentazocine.

supprised nobodys mentioned pentazocine more potent relative phenazocine called narphen by brand but was stopped in uk in 2001 i think that is a partial agonist too.

yes madonit people do still get PALFIUM in the uk, ie dextromoramide tartrate 5mg, the NHS spent £160000 total on it in 2010 6 years after it came out of mainstream uk production, it can be made as a special order on named patient basis from pure dextromoramide in a uk factory or imported from Holland as brand palfium.

there are only a few people who still get it but there are definitely some. and the script could be nhs or private.

I wouldnt really call them "exotic" but Ill just list off the Opioids I have tried: Heroin, Fentanyl, Hydromorphone, Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, Buprenorphine, and Methadone.

^ just reading your post makes my mouth water/nose drip/veins pop:)

Have you had the pleasure of trying Oxymorphone yet? If not heres me sending you some>>>>>>>>=D

Its like a real noddy heroin. feels good man:|....

No I have not. Ive heard a lot about it though. Im too easily hooked to pharmaceutical Opioids though, except Bupe and Methadone, so Id honestly be a bit wary of trying it unless I knew there was no way I could get more immediate.

I feel like a whole new world has just been opened up to me.

All this time, I thought dilaudid was so exotic to me, LOL. Still, dilaudid is my favourite of the opiates I've been prescribed, anyway.

I got a script for my kidney stones once. I have bad kidney stone attacks. I hadn't heard of it at the time, and wondered why they only gave me twelve of these IIIIITTY BITTY pills. Took one, then I understood. I, in fact, understood everything. EVERYTHING EVER.

I went to work on half of a dilaudid from that script once, too, because they wouldn't allow me to have off with my kidneys hurting. Probably one of the greatest days of my working life.

SUFENTANIL from a vial from anesthesiology.

Now THAT sounds like a good time.

Dangerous, but a good time.

As for me? Opium I guess if things like oxymorphone and hydromorphone aren't being counted. But I still know plenty of people who have NOT tried hydromorphone. Despite opanas becoming as common as they have, dilaudid just never has and probably wont be (until they pull the opanas at least!)

Ketobemidone (in a tablet containing 5mg of it, and 25mg of a spasmolytic/muscle relaxant called 3-dimethylamino-1,1-diphenylbuten-(1) hydrochlorid)
Sufentanil in post-op
