yeah, I guess you are right crackhead, it means something to me because not only do I like Dune and the passage, but it does mean something to me because I've struggled with anxiety and stuff most of my life now, I wouldn't get it until I was 100% off the benzos though, then it would really mean something as it would be something that says that I can face my fear without having to resort to benzos.

If your tattoo means something to you to then I guess it is a good one, it means nothing to me, as my idea means nothing to you. I was being a bit of a cunt slating your tattoo idea without even asking why you wanted it, sorry.

stupid divorce proceedings how can i pay for it on JSA.
Gah that sounds very booooo! :|
My condolences on your hardship Sam <3

There really isn't any cure for being stupidly hungover other than drinking more or taking Benzos, is there :|
I think I'll go for eating more Temazepam and play some Skyrim before getting started on a chikun dinnuh.

I've been mad into Wu ever since I first heard them, getting a Wu line that actually does have some sort of meaning to me makes 100x more sense, in my opinion, than getting some tribal design or a few stars or some other "decoration".

Out of interest, why is your Dune tattoo idea any less shit than my CREAM one?

It is marginally better than the meaningless crap you describe. But speaking as a fellow white and slightly overweight bloke, I don't think we're cool enough to pull it off. I also don't think it's so insightful I need it written on my body for the rest of my life.

I don't think I could pull off a big THUGLIFE tat across my stomach (I actually know someone who has this - wee skinny white boy hahaha) but "Cash Rules Everything Around Me" is just a statement. I don't think it's something that you need to be capable of "pulling off".

How is it meaningless crap? That's for me to decide. I feel that at the moment & for as long as I can remember cash has ruled everything around me.

That last sentence is fair enough, which I assume is the reason why you are not going to get it tattooed on your body for the rest of your life. Your opinions aren't universal MSB, I'm sure people have pointed this out to you before.

Fuckin' hell, I should just have said "I'm going to get 5 words tattooed on me, with the first letters much larger than the others, any suggestions as to where on my body I should get it & how much would it likely cost?". Can I retract all previous tattoo posts & just ask that question?

I dont see why a tattoo should have to mean something, it is just a bit of daft fun. When your lying on your death bed or get diagnosed with cancer it matters not what you have on your skin. I know I will have bigger things to worry about than regretting tattoos in later life.

I was saying the tribal and star tattoos are meaningless because they are generic, not the one you are planning on having. Although I presume people have these as some sort of decoration rather than as something they feel is meaningful. I think most people know and agree that cash rules everything around us. Why not just go for the even more obvious statement of "Money makes the world go round", after all that predates Wu by a few decades.

Ah, OK sorry man. I jumped down your throat a bit there lol. Money makes the world go round might predate Wu but it doesn't carry the same weight for me as the Wu line, due to the fact that I like Wu-tang Clan, I couldn't even attempt to tell you who first came out with "Money makes the world go round". Also, I've always thought the idea of CREAM (which was already a slang word for money) being turned into Cash Rules Everything Around Me was quite clever lyricism.

Danny - I agree with that as well tbh. I just think something with some sort of meaning, evening if that meaning is "We were out our tits in Vegas & walked by a tattoo parlour" is better than something with no meaning whatsoever. I know this from my friends who have shit tattoos, the ones that are just shit meaningless tattoos are just shit tattoos, the ones that are shit tattoos but then they can at least tell me the funny story behind it or the meaning of it are far better.

Mugz - The tattoo place could tell me the specific price that that specific tattoo shop will charge. I was asking for a rough idea & suggestions as to where to get it.

From now on should we all reply to any question from you by telling you to find out elsewhere? Even when that question just comes down to opinions? "Should I cyber-stalk the charity girl?" That's the kind of thing Dear Deirdre can tell you, why don't you just write to The Sun?

Tattoos without meaning are meaningless, that would be a good tattoo to have :D Totally agree with you there, I would never get a tattoo that had no meaning.

Also, cash is getting more and more redundant, by the time you are an old granddad your tattoo may well not make much sense to your grandkids that pay for things via retinal scan linked to their bank accounts, but it would be a good story to tell them about the days when cash did rule everything around you. :)

I like it as the beginning of an idea for a tattoo. Perhaps a pot of cream being poured onto the world, covering just the top so it's obvious it's the world being covered, with Cash Rules Everything Around Me written underneath would fit the bill. If it were me, I would have a cat with a face covered in cream :D

you are going to feel a bit silly when capital letters are removed from the english language

Hahaha, that's definitely been the best post on this subject so far =D

I still refer to the money in my bank as cash though. Cash would still rule everything around them, it just wouldn't be paper money, it would be electronic money.

Mugz you got that birds name tattooed on you yet? If not, get it tomorrow, take a photo and send it to her on FB. That'll get her attention and she'll fall madly in love with you.

In bookkeeping and finance, cash refers to current assets comprising currency or currency equivalents that can be accessed immediately or near-immediately (as in the case of money market accounts).
Sounds like money in the bank to me! So Wu Tang are familiar with the accountant's technical meaning of cash, there you go!

^ What's that post meant to mean?

I'm clearly wrong, now check out my daft smiley?

Cash will rule everything around us until there is nothing around us but dust & rubble. Regardless of your retina scans.

Cheers Knockando for not just making up your own definition of a word & actually checking. Some man.

great patter killer

Thanks knock.

Sammy G - You are a hypocrite, fake and a fraud. You're snipes have been noted. In all fairness we all tell little white lies, usually to cover yours or someone elses ass. Seems like you're covering both.
