Give it 5 minutes, then send another message just to check she got the first one, repeat every 5 minutes to make sure it's working. You don't want to take a chance that she doesn't get the messages.
 
If no response to your FB messages it's obviously broken, in that instance you should find out her address and wait for her outside her house.
 
If you get a reply you can safely resort to hanging out in the bushes outside her house and spying in her windows, it's a green light.
 
If you get a reply then change your relationship status to 'in a relationship with...' and select her name. Friend her first.

What kind of defeatist attitude is that? She can be as hot as they come but when you kidnap and tie her up, being in your league doesn't even come into the equation.

I'm adamant that I didn't do any stalking today, facebook or real life. When I had a crush on a girl that worked in one of the outlets at the place I work too and I knew her name from her name badge someone from my work seriously suggested looking her up on facebook and messaging her that way, maybe in this modern world it's more acceptable.

I wouldn't have sent a message to charity girl if I hadn't been egged on here this afternoon. Was probably a mistake, maybe she will see it is a joke or something when she sees that my profile picture is me in a Jester hat 8)
