Slippery slope. It was in own my mid-twenties I became a stinking pariah who drank Lamb's for breakfast, slept in his own drool and whose idea of a seduction technique was to dress up as Hitler and point at his crotch.

Best to put the bottle down now.
 
I'm fairly sure I'm dependent on it myself :| One night without a drink and I felt well anxious, even with Benzos!
Ah well, was bound to happen.
 
Had a pretty shit evening to be honest, but things turned around. Been holding off from toking as I wanted to sort out the ongoing shit and I'm now glad I did as from here things can get better. Tomorrow is Friday and I can't wait, bit disappointed as I was planning to pickup a vial of cid tomorrow but I don't think I will be now, hopefully I can get it off them come Saturday or I'll settle for some 25c-nbome.

Stuck between the choice of a Ska Saturday or else seeing some local djs that I tend to see often when they play - bit stuck here as both sound cracking. Although If I go see the djs I'm gonah want to spend a few quid on some pills, but that's nothing to complain about. Still to early for a Friday thread!

Off out to Sub Dub for the first time in years! S'gunna be top :) Joining me is the one and only Chinup and it's 2-day-early B.Day celebration bizniz ^_^

Fuckin hell they've got this one sauce that is pure pepper - 70x stronger than a normal birdseye chill!

[edit] I've looked it up and someone has extracted pure capsaicin... so about 150x more potent than a birdseye chilli. That could hospitalise people.

Where is subdub held now? I thought it got banned from being held at the West Indian Center? If that's still on I think i'll be going next month!
 
I didn't know that it was banned from the Windy, but it did seem stupid to have so many people in so small a venue - Couldn't fucking get through any room or in the smoking area, even the corridors were packed!
It's at the Vox Warehouse these days and I've not been to Sub Dub since it was based there, so I'm looking fwd to it :)
 
Yeah, the crush in there made it a bit shit at times. Do you know if you can still smoke suspect substances and throw pills into the air and catch them like smarties? I like going to basics for filthy nights. I was going to try Cabbage on Saturday but my mates dropped out.

I didn't know Caggabe was still going! I heard they were doing a once-in-a-blue-moon type of dealy.
That's good news :)

Last time I went to it at the Windy (Sub Dub) the bouncer-types got up on the mic and told people to stop smoking indoors.
But they've always been sound about spliffs being smoked and other substances taken ;)
I used to buy weed off one of the bouncers actually back in the day.

Dunno what Vox is going to be like in relation to that so I can't tell you for sure, but I wouldn't worry too much :)
Doubt there'll be pills chucked into the air though =D

I'm back at work next week, it's unusual for me to drink on a school night. Will knock it on the head on Sunday.

i think cabbage is on twice a year. have just missed one and there was one in march.

soooooo can't be bothered to do any work, not got decent sleep at all this week and its taking its toll. might go on a random walk, see if some fresh air perks me up.

mr ups interview seemed to go well, but turns out we don't find out til monday. i really hope he gets it then hopefully on monday i'll regain some sleeping abilities. not that it really matters for tonight as sleep is not really on the cards and i don't think finding energy will be too difficult.
