What a bummer
Not going to let this be the start of my self destruction though, going to instead use it to motivate me to work as hard as possible and save as much as possible to get out of this shithole as soon as possible, or I could end up here forever or even worse self destructing and losing this job too and ending up with nothing.

Afternoon all. I woke up and started listening to Steve Reich live at the BBC Proms on Radio 3.
Beautiful stuff... Seriously - Beautiful stuff. He's one of my favourite composers of all time for certain.
"Music for 18 Musicians" is a truly inspirational piece of work and well worth listening to on that link and buying the "album" (for want of a better word).

Not happy with myself for last night's shinanigans though... Went through 540mg Codeine (when I'm only supposed to have 240mg a day), 12mg Diaz (only supposed to have 4-6mg a day) and 35mg Nitraz (only supposed to have 5 or 10mg) :|
And I drank so double :| :|

Note: If this constitutes as cock-sizing then it's cock-sizing with a feeling of failure about it. But it also doesn't warrent pitty.

Although I feel good after last night and this mornings MXE and I've had a successful workout I've got a bit of a dodgy feeling ticker after going for a walk. Going to be responsible this evening, bed early and no drugs. I've got a drugs test later today so will have to be semi honest with them and say I sniffed some legal highs in the pub the other night or something. Bit concerned about the chest thing as my star sign for the day says something about illness (no I don't usually read/pay attention to horoscopes).

As for me, I've been off everything bar my juice script and the odd diaz for a few weeks now.

I don't want anything to do with coke, booze or hard street drugs again.
Feel pretty bad for my family & friends, etc.

The last time I took a bucket was back when it was snowing. I was already ruined, we had no weed & my mate had this old bit of soap bar in his rolling tray. Everyone else told us not to bother but no, we knew better, two us filled the bath to use as the bottom of the bucket & cut the bottom of a 2L bottle of cider. I pulled a big green creamy effort, tanned it, seemed alright for a minute then coughed my fucking lungs up & ended up sitting outside in the snow with just a t-shirt on, cold sweat pishing off me. Proper whitey lol.

I much prefer bongs over spliffs. Never really smoked with anyone that prefers bongs, I imagine it'd be mildly ruinous if I smoked with someone who did a fair bit.
 
I like the look of those vortex portable gravity bongs. They're a bit pricey at £65 but i'm sure it'd be a worthwhile investment.

Is that the ones that are basically a posh waterfall? Like a waterfall without the need for a sink.

Or is it the one that's more like a lung? Where you pull it open like a concertina type thing to draw the smoke in.
 
Yeah its the posh waterfall. Never tried one of the other kind, not even with a plastic bag/bottle, worth a sunday afternoon arts&crafts session?
 
It's called a bucket:
1 litre bottle - Cut the bottom off
2 litre bottle - Cut the top off

Make a gauze to fit over the top and hey presto - A "gravity bong" (aka. Bucket).
Needn't spend £65 on one. Make yer own. Have done so since I started smoking.
 
I've made a bucket bong before I just like the look of those vortex things. Its all tidier and there's no way a stoned mate can knock a bucket of bong water all over your new carpet.
 
I find when I smoke tobacco with weed it makes me damn tired and lethargic. If im smoking green I dont even smoke cigs and im quite a heavy tobacco smoker. Waterfalls are the way forward.

1.5l cola bottle with a hole in burnt in the bottom. Gauze made out of tinfoil. = %)

Lol, I've ruined my gf by getting her into bongs! lol, she never did them before now prefers them over anything lol, I've had so many k related glass breakages recently that im back using a shitty plastic bong :( need to get a downtube for me roor but never seem to have money for it8)
