Morning people, this thread would normally be my first post in the morning, but modding over in BDD takes a lot of my bl allocated time up, lol.

Woke up strangely early considering I have been waking up after midday most days this week. Been up over an hour already. Seemed to be some sort of benzo rebound although maybe I just woke up naturally in preparation for early waking again when I start work. Maybe my body is just being nice to me

How is everyone doing? Looks quite nice outside today, shame I am going to be travelling for at least 4 hours of it
