Feel like shit today, bailed on work again as I expected :( and just generally feel horrible from taking the ket yesterday and the 4-fa the at the weekend and 4-mec the friday. Need to get some food in me, but don't feel well enough to leave the flat, so have just ordered some pizza, hope it gets here soon as I really need to eat lots of food.
 
yea man im hoping not too, that would fuck me up thats fer sure, thinking of a few bed days to recover might help,still at work as it is, need that dollar :S

Trying to motivate myself to do some work on this job application, rather than talking shite on here. Reckon it's not working. How's the job?
 
Are drug induced snoos allowed in the snoo thread? If not, here will have to do.

Liberal serving of poppy pod tea and 3mg etizolam, an abundance of snoo. Can anyone suggest anything else that'd go well in this mix? Aside from swapping the etiz for a different benzo?
 
Finished my job application. Came together OK.

I haven't got a chance in hell of getting the job (it's swapping into a related profession, getting a massive pay rise, which maybe I could do in better times, but right now I think not). Still, at least I'm going for it. I've actually got a decent recruitment agent, as well. She's actually helping me with things!
 
There's no harm in applying no matter how slim you think your chances are. Even if you don't get it they'll likely keep your CV on file for future reference.

I found getting the right person to help you out really makes a difference, have they asked you to come in to do a mock interview? They've always proved helpful for me.
 
Good point Munroe, I have seen them advertise before, too. I'm really not fussed about the interview, if I can actually get an interview I think I'll be fine.

No harm in trying. And it's not like I'm unhappy where I am.
 
Maybe just write a few things down you think they might ask you and write down your response, or anything that'd make you stand out from the rest of the CVs in the pile that you could try and shoehorn in (just so long as it doesn't look too forced.

Good luck! Do you know how long it'll be before they get back to you?
 
No, only just sent the CV/application to the recruitment agency just now. Maybe a week or so, maybe more? Not even sure the agency will put the CV forward yet. We shall see.
