I don't want to call the police just now. I'm making a note of all the times he's making noise. I already told the police about his threatening behavior. I called my housing association today, my housing officer is out of the office and uncontactable (as usual) until Thursday. That's all the thought he's getting out of me for the evening :) Waiting on my lovely boy coming back with some much needed valium for me. It's been a hard day.

fucks sake, knackered but cant sleep, lost my zopiclones that i had around somewhere, my dealer was ignoring me all day so i have no idea whether ill be receiving anything in the post or not tommorow. GRR

what shal i do to keep myself entertained all night?
 
I can't seem to get myself in the position of wanting to sleep tonight :\ I think it is a build up of anxiety that makes it hard for me to leave the computer, and also the comedown from the droogz, but really need to get sorted. I think my mind has already made the decision that I won't be fit for work tomorrow :(

Really hope I can get myself sorted soon. Can't keep missing days of work whenever I want. I have a week off on annual leave starting Wednesday so hopefully can use that to help sort me out a bit too. Gonna spend tomorrow eating lots of food and drinking lots of liquids and not ingesting lots of drugs.
 
mornington all i just awoke from a benzo induced sleep, feel groggy to say the least! how has everyone been eh? cant believe its only tuesday thats depressed the shit outta me!! lol
ah well, oneskin n then get up..
 
Morning BCF. And everybody else who's awake.

I also awoke from benzo sleep but it was temaz, so I feel fine but standing up for the first time was fun. Now just having a wee smoke and trying to avoid getting ready for work in a hurry.

Exciting stuff, eh?

Feelin a bit rough today on the lack of µ-agonist front but tomorrow it shall be over. For a while atleast.

Afternoon guys, extremely bored, was ment to be getting mxe today but didnt show, might have some benzos to make the day go by faster, blehh.

sam you think this would still be dhc causing this? i foned nhs helpline and they sed go docs, obv missed out the dhc part but i have eaten a tuna n cucumber sandwich from tescos a few days ago and just had a thought,maybe its ecoli, the symptoms match up, i duno, what you guys think?
 
If the NHS helpline said go to the docs, then go to the docs. You almost certainly do not have e. coli from your sandwich.

(the e. coli outbreak was traced to beansprouts grown in germany, the spanish cucumbers thing was false).
