I used to hammer it and I'm as guilty as other EADDers of E bravado on occasion, but in reality it pays to 'space your 'rolls' as the yanks like to say.

Keep it occasional and really enjoy it.

I really want to cut down, but I've been using it weekly for ages now bar a few weeks and when I get offered it for free I just don't refuse.. It's like I stop thinking. I know it's not addictive like drone, opiates or coke but I find it hard still.

You can get away with using it weekly for a while, but it'll catch up with you before too long. Ask Mrs. Shulgin.

Seriously, it's best enjoyed sparingly. Do something else inbetween.
