tbh i didn't know we'd had one. i did misinterpret you, though i think the point that you should try to deal with anxiety without resorting to pills stands. especially when you're in a position (you've mentioned family problems) where doing so is risking something important to you. i am in a similar position and i certainly don't face things in a healthy way so don't have any right to lecture. anyway i didn't mean to come across in an way hostile i was in a very bad mood yesterday and quite frustrated so it probably spilt over.

Eating is recommended. I'd stupidly eschewed it for a couple of days then really felt the benefits of it this morning. Lesson learned? Hmm...

Look after yourself; not eating properly will fuck you up more than drugs ever could.

Sorry mate, been on the ps3 all day so didnt see this.

I chew a 120mg when I wake up then chew 60mg every couple of hours, the 120mg doesnt really get me fucked (makes the day seem much better tho) but its the most I can take at once now without vomiting an hour later.

I only have 2x 120mg left now so its the end of that game for me when they are gone.
