Got work tomorrow again at 8, don't want to go to bed too late again, although probably will anyway. Weekends are easy, and Monday will be easy too as it will be dead as it is a Bank Holiday.

Hummm, Not including the wine about 5 pints. Thats a lot for me these days. Don't have the money to drink. Sadly booze is one of the cheapest drugs. Someone else bought me the wine. I've now got heartburn and I'm rather tipsy.

Woke up well late today, compared to the rest of this week anyway. 4pm! But it was nice to grab so much sleep
I did however wake up with my headphones wrapped around me and my computer on, suggesting that I'd watched "Inside the Human body" before I went to sleep... Don't remember 1 minute of it So I watched it again earlier - Quality series ^_^

Trying desperately not to drink at the moment but it's not working as well as I'd like it to Had a few last night but I'd not done since Monday so I guess it's a start.
You got any Sodium Bicarbonate in the house hun? If so, mix a couple of teaspoons into a glass of water and gulp it down - Sorts heartburn out a treat
