ahh noo im well up for face/off but its an hour in!
Im good thanks mate, had a lovely chilled bed day with the missus, pinned outta my mind lol, wanna make a tune but tis late and the gf has just been sick, first time trying dhc yest..so most likely that, a few bongs and she'll be right as rain though :) what you been up2?:)

I slept in for the first time all week (sleep pattern's' back and fixed it seems! ^_^) and I've just been chilling out playin FFXII.

One of my best friends confided in me tonight that he has MS.

He's the loveliest, funniest guy and I'm so pissed off it happened to someone like him. He has a lot to offer and hopefully still will for years to come.

That is bad news, hopefully he gets to see a specialist that knows what they are doing. My girlfriends cousin has MS and has been wheelchair bound for years, he never used to go out. He has been seeing a new guy who said he was currently 8/10 in terms of being affected by it, through treatment he seems to think he will be able to get him down to around a 4/10 and will be able to lead a much better quality of life. I think he is currently doing pretty well... I hope your mate gets the right treatment and doesn't get affected too much.
 
Cheers ponch... it's weird because he's always seemed invincible. He's my best friend too. I'm heartbroken to be honest.

aww sweetheart, such an awful affliction. Be a good mate as i'm sure you will. I wish him the best!

He's of a smilar mindset - it won't fuck him till it fucks him.
