Haha. No, I stayed of the booze apart from one beer. I didnt actually feel the need to drink as much anyway, I guess the stuff relaxes me so I dont have to

Been working out all morning, quit smoking, and trying to get back in shape lol.

I recently did the no smoking part (3 weeks + 2 days today).

It's the first 5/6 days that are the hardest.

Made it to work, late but better than not turning up.

Can still taste a faint bit of Banana Sambuca even though I have eaten loads today and brushed my teeth twice and mouthwashed twice.

Banana sambuca, haven't heard of that before. I could still taste and smell kebab last night when I got home even though I left the stinking thing on the bus and has brushed my teeth and washed my hands. Rank like. Destroyed my stomach today too.

I phoned my old man there to enquire if he was off on Monday for the bank holiday and as per usual he's a miserable moany bastard, challenging everything I say and being argumentative over nothing. Can't even ask a simple question like "you off work on Monday" without him going off on one.

a bit of both. annyoing cos i was supposed to be going to a protest today but got home quite drunk and my boyf suggested getting on the drone, cared more about the continuation of good times than the fact the government is raping trhe country at that point in time.

hope your MXE arrives. i wish i didn't have so many proper drugs, would be well less tempted to take them all the time that way, but i really hate buying drugs so tend to buy a few when i do. i'm sure i spend way more money on this way, so you're probably at least saving a fair chunk.
