OP, check out this thread. EGCG and Quercetin are 2 antioxidants I've had great results with, as well as piracetam, but that can be a bit of hassle to get (although well worth it).

Some may feel supplements and the like are unnecessary if you space your rolls like you said (2-3x a year) but I disagree. Oxidative stress is going to be there whether or not you're moderating your rolls, so might as well put in the extra effort to give your body the resources it needs to clean up after a 6-hour adrenaline fueled euphorgasm fest
 
In general, I've found that attempting to re-dose beyond hour 6 (maximum) is a waste of MDMA, whether you start big or small. You'll get a lot of advice and conflicting opinions from others- this is merely my own conclusion from personal experience.

This is your own conclusion?? Hour 6 is FAR into a roll, you shouldn't even be redosing after a couple hours, let alone up to 6 hours in. I would think that many people will read this (as your comment is at the top of this thread) and think they can redose up to 6 hours into a roll and be fine. This will give you no extra high, and will add to the negative side-effects.
Shulgin himself has said that anything after about the two hour mark won't get you any higher (no im not finding the source, as it has come up on this site MANY times). Sure you can extend the length of your roll with a redose, but you shouldn't be taking it 5-6 hours in..

Many people around here on Bluelight see me as somehwhat of a Legend for my higher than normal level of bean munchin experience.

It is true that you have abused the hell out of MDMA, but no one sees you as a legend. You do not need to state your old consumption habits in the form of an ego-boosting introduction on every post you put on bluelight these days..

Okay, so you'd be waiting two weeks before this upcoming roll, correct?
Honestly, two weeks isn't that bad if it happens only on occasion. And you're smart enough to give yourself 6-8 months after that for a break.

Of course, it is never recommended to do it that close together. But I, along with many others, have rolled with only a one week break. Of course, that isn't a good thing. But just don't make it a habit.

Two pills will be fine. If you want to be as safe as you can be, take 5-HTP for a few days after. Take vitamins (multi vitamins are good, also Vitamin B and Vitamin C). Eat HEALTHY (think vegetables and protein). Exercise too! Make sure you keep your brain sharp (do something challenging). And get the right amount of sleep!!

I always feel my redose and i try redose no sooner than 4 hours.
My redose is 1.5& initial dose 1 pill.
I know myself and myself only.
Maybe u and shulgin speak for yourselves?

Thanks llama112; the distance between my last roll would be april 3-april 22 just under 3 weeks. Kinda close, but again not what I plan on making a habit.

Right now, I'm taking ps100 (natural cortisol blocker [fat storage] and supports cognitive function) http://www.aor.ca/html/products.php?id=125, omega-3's, multi-vitamin, oil of oregano (every 5 days), iodine (1 drop ~2 times a week for thyroid function).

I exercise 4-5 times a week regularly/ play sports. I also agree that completing challenging tasks helps tremendously when recovering your hippocampus (short term memory) after a roll. I have my last exam the 29th, which I have been preparing for.

I've looked into piracetam, but there is no way It's coming before the 22nd, which annoys me that they don't sell it locally here.

Thinking about picking up some green tea extract (EGCG). Also magnesium, the night of increases potency?
