In general, I've found that attempting to re-dose beyond hour 6 (maximum) is a waste of MDMA, whether you start big or small. You'll get a lot of advice and conflicting opinions from others- this is merely my own conclusion from personal experience.
Many people around here on Bluelight see me as somehwhat of a Legend for my higher than normal level of bean munchin experience.
This is your own conclusion?? Hour 6 is FAR into a roll, you shouldn't even be redosing after a couple hours, let alone up to 6 hours in. I would think that many people will read this (as your comment is at the top of this thread) and think they can redose up to 6 hours into a roll and be fine. This will give you no extra high, and will add to the negative side-effects.
Shulgin himself has said that anything after about the two hour mark won't get you any higher (no im not finding the source, as it has come up on this site MANY times). Sure you can extend the length of your roll with a redose, but you shouldn't be taking it 5-6 hours in..

Okay, so you'd be waiting two weeks before this upcoming roll, correct?
Honestly, two weeks isn't that bad if it happens only on occasion. And you're smart enough to give yourself 6-8 months after that for a break.
Of course, it is never recommended to do it that close together. But I, along with many others, have rolled with only a one week break. Of course, that isn't a good thing. But just don't make it a habit.
Two pills will be fine. If you want to be as safe as you can be, take 5-HTP for a few days after. Take vitamins (multi vitamins are good, also Vitamin B and Vitamin C). Eat HEALTHY (think vegetables and protein). Exercise too! Make sure you keep your brain sharp (do something challenging). And get the right amount of sleep!!
