neversick, have you done this often? Have you ever followed this procedure and been unsuccessful at attaining a purple hue to your plants?
good luck and let me know how it goes.. also if you want to give it a little try so the how full of shit am I leaves your mind I THINK if you take a branch that has just been lopped and bag and place in a fridge close to freezing for a day or so you should see some results, not as good as a full plant or like we did it still in the pot or with a good root ball, whatever will prolong its life the longest.. place cut branch end in water.. yep she is a flower, put the branch in a vase w water and throw her in a cold fridge, should work IDK why not.. hah i'm on bocks rite now so someone let me know if the branch thing works out.. since its a experiment, try it with some bottom muck and see what happens.. COLD FRIDGE close to 0 C or 32F..
It's good, but I wouldn't say the best.
It's all a matter of opinion imo![]()
Here is some purple plants from my last indoor run. This particular grow room the nights got down to the 40's on cold nights right before harvest. This strain was going to be purple regardless but, the buds were a nice even combination of light green and purple/maroon.
You can make most Indicas, some Sativas buds' purple by starving them potassium before flower stage.
