Professor Nutt's magic jizz (Sentia)

I think saying Sentia will get you high is like saying my arse is a soft ice-cream machine. Sure I could fill a cone for you but anyone with half a brain knows its not the same.
WHAT a metaphor...

I'd like to steal it and use it but... tubs only here. BIG tubs... Otherwise all there will be is lots of broken wafer everywhere and crying children (and adults too possibly).

It is a 'freebase' or, rather I should say it contains neither a free carboxylic acid nor a basic nitrogen (at least at physiolgical pH) so while yes, you certainly can nebulize the ligand... that would just add risk with no real benefit.

We sort of assumed it would be presented in a similar way to alcoholic drinks i.e. the dilution means taking too much becomes practically much harder. I would start low. Maybe if an 'ethanol equivelence' can be found, shart with drinks that are no more potent that regular lager/beer as very few people come to harm if they stick to weaker forms.

Something pure where 40mg will result in the user ending up fast asleep (but won't vomit so there's a mercy) is probably not a good thing.

We did have several cohor members who INSISTED that 30mg 'wasn't enough' but add 10mg and all of them just fell asleep.

But tranche 2 also demostrates a plateau in it's effects. To be sure it's still going to equate to pretty damned wasted but eat more and duration increases, not subjective effects. One person took 80mg and slept for 24 hours - but was fine. No toxic symptoms.
Wow. Thanks.

While the addition of the further 10mg may seem useless I'd like to point out that a small number of drinkers drink with oblivion being the end goal. If tranche 2 offers this without the risk of vomitting whilst unconscious and the associated hepatotoxicity then there is a legitimate use in terms of harm reduction. However, any idea what the effects of regular consumption (1-2 times a week) at this level would do to receptor expression and internalisation?

I still can't believe this sentia is selling so well. Its total shit. If the money is going towards alcarelle then im ok with it but if its just an ongoing thing with a tiny effect then im not.

Looking like Nutt's best work is behind him.

Shill time...well kinda

Got this from a June article.

GABA is a neurotransmitter that blocks signals between nerve cells, producing a feeling of sedation and relaxation. When you consume traditional alcohol, it binds to GABA receptors and mimics their effect. However, alcohol also overstimulates other neurotransmitters, causing side effects such as impaired thinking and movement, hangovers, and liver damage.

Alcarelle specifically targets GABA receptors, allowing the release of dopamine and serotonin without activating the pathways that produce negative effects. According to Nutt, the molecule is approximately 100 times safer than traditional alcohol. A consumer only needs micrograms of Alcarelle to achieve the same effect as the grams of alcohol in a conventional drink.

The exact chemical composition remains a trade secret protected by the company.

This just sounds like GHB but more potent. I don't see him creating a drug that hits the GABA receptors sufficiently but is somehow non-addictive unlike literally every other GABA drug. We've already tried this with heroin as a substitute to morphine and it did not achieve it's goals.

Ghb was the only drug ive ever felt was dangerous - the dose between feeling a bit drunk and being collapsing unconscious for 3 hours was tiny. God knows what Dr Nutt did with my ringpeice during that lost period.
Yeah, for safety the doses need to measured accurately with 2ml oral syringes, and also, if discipline can be maintained, as things get more and more chaotic, then making a note of dosage times., so you don't dose too often is sensible.. In practice that can easily fail to happen, ime, but the second best, is -re-dosing when you feel the earlier dose wearing off.

I think 1.2 - 1.4ml is a fairly standard dose range, for a decent strong dose. IIRC.

And I think finding your good dose. and sticking to it, is key to being able to enjoy GBL safely. That is way more important than waiting exact times before re-dosing, as long as your not doing that way too quickly.

IIRC at least an hour should be allowed before re-dosing, ideally more, but individuals speed of metabolising this drug can vary, as well as tolerance, so it's not really possible to give an exact re-dose time that would be right for everyome.
