POLL: psilocin vs. LSD

I'd say shrooms for me. Granted the only acid I've done wasn't very good...but either way I found the shrooms to be much more visual, while LSD made me think too much.

lsd cause its more about visuals than the trip. shrooms you trip way more. the things you think about when your on shrooms make no sense when the trip is over. the things you think about on lsd however still make sense when you're done, so you can actually learn something from a different perspective

I prefer shrooms. They have more of a earthy feeling than LSD. Also, I never had a bad trip from shrooms, while I did from LSD. And, I did get a whitelight experience from shrooms.

i love LSD.. that's what my vote was for, oh yeah, i voted for acid because its a more intellectual and deep drug compared to shrooms

but my funniest damn trip of all time was indeed with a dub of shrooms and idk, around half a dime of bud since it was me and a friend sharing a dime..

he was my "trip sitter" and didn't want to go outside nearly as much as me (it was winter and around 20 degrees outside).. so i wound up sitting inside laughing my ass off at him for like 3 of the 6 hours i tripped having a conversation with a BBC reporter (i'm american, so the BBC dude with the strong, strong british accent made me laugh even harder) in my head about how my friend was a huge fucking nerd because he was playing some stupid online game the whole time he was blazed and didn't want to go wander outside.. lol i think that trip would've been even better if he'd have let me go outside and play in the snow, but he didn't want to.. and i thought he was like the boss of me or something.. oh yeah, and after that i like temporarily blacked out and came out of my black out inside of my fucking sweatshirt.. my friend told me i went into the fetal position inside of my sweatshirt and laughed my ass off rocking back and forth and zipping the zipper up and down for about an hour.. i still have no idea why i was doing that but hey, it was funny as hell to come back to life huddled inside my little sweatshirt cave with my friend staring at me like WTF.. then i listened to Infected Mushroom with my ipod but the sounds scared me so i wound up watching south park

Acid is just unique... unfortunately all I get here are RC:s on blotters sold as "acid"... which sucks.

I voted for LSD, because I love its effects more. LSD is pure pleasure, mindfuck, and giggles for me. I do believe that mushrooms can take you a bit farther a bit easier, however.


Obviously, psilocin/mushrooms/4-ACO-DMT is much, much cheaper to have a hard trip on than LSD.

In order to do a large dose of LSD (700+mics), you have to spend like almost $XXX. And sometimes it's like 50mcg/hit these days. So, I like acid better, but it's way more expensive.

I could get a gram of 4-ACO-DMT for the price of 15 hits of acid (like 2 trips for me) and trip 40 times.

So i'm torn.

Interesting... where I am an 8th of shrooms goes for about the same as 3-6 hits of acid, so for me acid is definitely cheaper. Guess it depends on where you are/who you know

Psilocin feels way more entheogenic to me, but occasionally I like the stimulatory push of LSD. On the whole, I'm still a bigger fan of mushrooms.

Plus... you can grow your own. Sustainable style. You could even grow an outdoor patch in woodchips! :] (I'm a little inspired by Dale Pendell...)

I like the drunken sensation of psilocybin... LSD tends to pull me toward dark thoughts, but mushrooms generally don't have that effect, plus the body high is outta this world.

No joke, so much fucking fake acid. I've gotten Dox so many times that I think I fucked up anything I learned on LSD cause DOX obscured my mind.

funny, that's happened to me on opiates. I nod out and close my eyes and I still see everything around me. Sometimes with weird color schemes, sometimes with all kinds of weird stuff happening around me: strange people appearing, conversing with them.

Opioids aren't exactly hallucinogenic, but they can produce vivid dreamlike states which are really cool.

i find acid too be a little jagged rougher edges to the trip
shrooms have a more natural earthy feeling and the visuals feel more natural as opposed to chemicaly induced colors and lights and little squiggly thingees lol
