please school me on dxm, got some questions

I think that ideally DXM HBR would be a better thing to get a sense of the dosages for dxm.

400mg,make sure DXM hydroBromide is the only active,smoking(tobacco) on it makes you puke,dont mix with alcohol and benzos,eat something that will last you but dont get too full
 
so i just finished off the bottle, and i have yet to feel anything whatsoever, im starting to think it was a waste, maybe i should wait an hour to see if anything kicks in, but yeah, she said if the cash register makes a beep that they are required to see id

if one bottle doesnt do anything, should i even bother with buying another one? that might be too much but i think this was pointless, ill update if i feel anything tho

edit- andit was dxm hbr, the only active ingredient

ok i got adult tussin long acting...15mg, i feel a lil something, hopefully it will REALLY kick in soon...andi do feel a bit of stomach ache, nausea, buti dont think im gonna vomit, i think i can hold it in, but i wasexpcting a nice trip, so far, its ehh
 
Well that means you only took like 180mg, which would be a mild 1st plateau trip........next time I would recommend getting something that has 30mg per serving, such as vicks 44 dry cough.......that should make for a nice first trip.

niiiice...i guess tonight im gonna trip like a mutha fucka, i got an 8oz bottle, so 750mg of dxm should really make things intense right?
 
DXM wasn't too good

Dxm really I took 900mg of cough gells all I got was really fucked up vision and I had to close one eye to type and I kept blacking out/passing out on my bed and my sence of time sucked thats about it no realy hallucinations not even in the dark so I would say its not too fun

Yah I assume you have already done a large bottle 750mg~. If you did 200 or so the first time, but want more I would go for like 500 or so (about 2/3rds of a large bottle) but I guess it won't make a big difference.

Anyway how was it?

Yah I have probably done it at least 20 or so times and I only have done 800mg~ or so once or twice. I realize its not even that much since people do like 1500mg of that shit but I am not really wanting a completely out of body experience anyway. I do plan on doing about 1000mg pretty soon when the time is right.

My point is just that I think this is the kind of drug you want to take increasing doses with so you know what to expect and don't give yourself a bad impression or the drug when you immediately take far to much. And you may just discover that you enjoy doing a lesser dose.

I did some the other day and I had this nice experience when I could choose to let myself be 'somewhere else' briefly but I seemed to still have the ability to choose to 'come back' to where I physically was and I felt in control. Maybe I was just opening my eyes ;)
 
I occationally get nausia (especially when I drink water with the syrup) and I always have gotten all that nasty gas and stomach rumbleing for hours when I drink that syrup. I also don't really like the idea of drinking all those thickening agents, artificial sweeteners, and dyes and crap so I have been extracting it.

If you want to avoid that and plan on doing more, you may want to consider extracting it. Takes a few materials but it's fairly easy. I used these instructions: http://www.dextroverse.org/extractions.html

Ideally, I would like to find some powder on the net because its so much cheaper but I have not had any luck finding any yet. A couple outdated pages of companies and people selling it but the emails all bounce, and directory of wholesalers that I doubt would sell a small quantity...

u know i dont know what level of plateau i reached, but i was fucked up, i kept a wet hand towel over my head, head constantly felt warm, but i did what yall said, laid down in a dark setting, listened to music, didnt feel any type out of body experience or hallucinations, i just had double vision, felt liked i was walking on clouds, that waspretty much it...for 7 bucks, and a long high, its cool, but nothing great

is it dangerous to do it often, like if i choose to do it a couple times a week, not every week but a couple times shouldnt have any negative effects on my brain would it?

i think next time, im gonna take a vicodin with it, and a valium maybe too, ill push the envelope to reach a better high
