haha I remember playing Halo on the come up of gut-wrenching shroom trip, the game became uninteresting and pretty annoying really fast as all the players lost the ability to drive/see/shoot properly heheh good times though.
 
I always enjoyed how epic and colorful very simple games like pong, robotron, demons to diamonds, and tetris can become under the influence of various drugs.

I remember one time when I was trying to find some good in 2c-i...

A few hours into the trip, the physical feelings made me so ill that the only thing I could do to take my mind away from it was to play Freelancer (story mode/single player) and it ended up being fantastic!! I think that might be one of the only good uses of 2c-i.
 
Playing mario (specifically, super mario world on SNES) can be really fun on shrooms. It's a lot easier to look at and evaluate everything that's moving (platforms, mario, enemies) and just take in the screen as a whole. I've pulled off some amazing shit (like 8o ) that I've never been able to do sober. Never played any FPS games tripping—once I was playing quake3 during the comeup of shrooms/2c-i, but once it started hitting me I had to go outside.
 
initially I thought this thread would be more suited for journal - but on second thought it could ignite some good analysis on experiencing video games on any drugs (not just hallucinogens).

I have changed the thread title for clarity and brevity.

i tried playing the sims 2 while i was rolling, cause i thought i would throw a little rave or something, but it was just too empty and just felt wrong while on E. I ended up having a really hard time playing it at all for like the next couple months
 
Ladies And Gentlemen, if you take MDMA/Pills, you NEED to play a game called "Rez" with the vibration Pack.

You control a wier charcter, its a rail shooter. Bascailly when you shoot/blow stuff up with your energy, you interact with the techno music playing in the background, plus there is consistant vibration through the rumble pack add-on.

Google some images for it; the best game to play in that situation

Ironically , I have never consumed any drugs while playing video games. I remember once a friend of mine drinking absinth and strong liquor while playing final fantasy and other RPG games, other than that I was pretty clean in my teenage years of gaming.
 
Haha! death4funandprofit threw a rave in the sims! That's so bad-ass and hilarious! Isn't it great how videogame characters don't understand the concept of such things? They need to make games like The Sims more realistic...throw some crack addicts in there, some people who can't see in front of themselves cause they ate too much acid, oh, and the best would be some really fucking barred-out people! They would walk into walls and act stupid and steal things right in front of you after you tell them over and over that you're about to kick their ass! Maybe even some 'roided out motherfuckers kicking people's asses and tearing up houses!

Let's see...what else have I played like that. Oh, yeah! Dance Dance Revolution is fucking awesome on speed. You can't go wrong...that game is so hard I could never do it sober anyways. Ever play Morrowind benzo'd out of your head? It's just as confusing as real life. I just wandered around hitting crabs and shit. Benzo's and coke are great for RPG's...I literally watched a friend play all the way through Final Fantasy X like that. The first time I took X I played Panzer Dragoon Orta for the Xbox...I blacked out...that shit was awesome. I leveled my friend's character's up like 10 levels on meth one time, then proceeded to play Burnout: Revenge for like 10-12 hours. That game is fucking fast anyhow...meth up out of my mind it was flawless. I used to play Phantasy star online on opiates all the time, but fucking stupid robots kept killing me. I played through Call of Duty on the PC while on speed. Talk about fucking intense - I went through WWII just like a real soldier: on speed. I used to play Super Smash Bros. on speed like every day. I don't think I ever lost. I'll try to think of some others, but this was hard enough...I have done too many drugs.
 
That burnout revenge is some intense shit. I play it sober, after like 3 hours it becomes my world and I just fuckin keep adding up those stars. Then for 2 days I fall asleep looking at a race on the inside of my eyelids.

It sux theres good games only for ps2.. I got the xbox and if theres no good torrents for games I'm probably never gonna play them.

Does anyone notice EA games never have what it takes to make it to 'great' anymore? they're always just hacked together, it seems. Like The Godfather... its really good but they just threw a fighting system into a modified GTA... Fun, but it doesnt satisfy me.

I hate video games in general. But especially when stoned. Videogames are childish imo and i would never play them with people at this point in my life (except for Madden and racing games).
 
Um, videogames and speed are a great combination. 100mgs of amphetimine had me playing through twenty something odd games of Madden in one night. I go in and out of liking them but I mostly just like playing games online, particularily Perfect Dark Zero or Madden. While on speed I actually had a few really deep conversations with people over XBOX Live.
 
OK this might sound stupid but i play Quake III, while rolling on "E" acutally it not that bad...
 
I can't really play video games on anything besides pot. When on MDxx, psychedellics, etc I find the TV to be extremely distracting...that and I always have the urge to go out and do something...

There's some buddies of mine that'll eat mushrooms then stay in and watch movies or play video games. I personally can't stand this. I mean eating mushrooms and just sitting and staring at a box isn't fun, IMO, but going out on wild and weird adventures is. It's like living a movie or a video game.
