^Yep, but it's thought that there are also other enzymes that metabolize MDMA (CYP3A4 and COMT), so there's likely little difference in effects.

Kinda...actually though, you can feel the DXM (too much so). What you can't experience is the normal duration and normal ratio of DXM to DXO (the dissociative metabolite).

DXM alone causes increases in 5-HT (blocks reuptake like MDAI) and, to a lesser degree, NE, but has very little activity at NMDA receptors, which is responsible for dissociative effects.

If that doesn't make much sense now, read it again tomorrow or whenever you come out of the hangover.

this morning, i woke up with my teeth chattering like MDMA sometimes makes em
i couldve SWORN before i went to sleep last night i was having eye wiggles or something
and i am still nauseous...like eating/drinking is like when i eat or drink on psyches, or at least very similar to eating/drinking on 2CB/LSD.
right now i feel pretty much normal other than being nauseous and a little hot

and i have a new policy for foreigners in my house
specifically those of canadian or dutch descent
canadians must submit to a thorough testing of their molly before being admitted
dutchies have to submit to a thorough 2CB check and any other droog check

that's if you can catch him! you're a slow metabolizer and he has pepper in his socks! I think that means he can run fast cause his feet are like they are on fire. If you were faster dxm metabolizer, you might catch him... :P
 
I'm actually a fast metabolizer; especially with my St. John's Wort intake; it's a CYP inducer. I enhances the conversion of DXM to DXO and also Codeine to Morphine.

It doesn't take much codeine to get me feeling good.
 
Currently partaking in my first experiment with 2-fluoroamphetamine and writing a (semi-)live trip report, probably one of the first I will release. The report is already moderately extensive.

It's a good compound. :)

So fast metabolism also decreases the dose needed? Because it's still puzzled me to this day how my 45mg allergy test with my first dose of Codeine managed to get me pretty high for ~6 hours. That seems a ridiculously low dose by all standards, even with me not weighing much and having a low tolerance to most things.
 
I wish I was that sensitive to opiates. I remember the first time I tried to get high I took like 10mg of oxycodone and another 5mg an hour and a half later and was nodding my face off.
