☮ Social ☮ PD Social: Nexus for gibberish of the psychedelicized genius and veritably insane

I have received a sign that I need to find a new living situation. Said sign being two hours ago my brother-in-law drunk banging on my apartment door, in the midst of my cooking a moderately complicated pasta dish involving three lit gas burners, then barging in mumbling at me a confusing story which culminates in his asking for some money so he can buy his daughters nicer Christmas presents. All while I am peaking on a hefty dose of 3-MeO-PCP. 'Twas a complicated situation to untangle, but I managed to see it through. Happy Holidays to all!

^that sounds intense, glad you pulled it off haha. I think if anyone saw me on dissociatives they'd instantly know something was up haha.

The main thing I wanted for christmas was to skydive but it makes more sense to do it when it's warmer out :/

Never posted in this forum before... Just thought I'd say what's up to all the psych junkies. I kinda got out of that shit when I was younger but.. I have been thinking about acid a lot recently.. hah. It's been almost 10 years since I had a trip. :\

10 years? I can imagine it'd lead to a pretty wonderful and special trip then. I'd go for it if you've been feeling it. Just make sure you're careful about where you obtain it, since with the popularity of 25I-NBOMe and the other NBOMes currently there are even more research chemicals than ever being sold as "acid" on the streets now.

The "if it's bitter it's a spitter" rule is as good as ever though. :)

Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays & a Happy New Year everyone! :D Hope everyone's having fun these holidays.

What do you guys have planned for New Year? I'm likely either going out and getting drunk and stoned with a couple of friends or tripping with another group of close friends, possibly for the first time on 4-HO-MET since I obtained 34mg of it recently. :)

Cool man I think I will. I'm trying to get my girlfriend to do it with me.. I want it to be special and a bonding experience between us. I'm newly just sober off of H and just getting my life on track.. I feel like a good trip is what I need to help move on.

welcome scag

we're a pretty loving bunch over here

Thanks man!

4-ho met is wonderful jesus, the only thing I found lacking (other than depth but that's not always welcome) was any change in perception of sound or much aural hallucination... I've only tried it twice so far at relatively low doses so perhaps this will change with further experimentation.
congrats and good luck with your sobriety scag!

The lack of auditory hallucinations may be a good thing actually, since it's doubtful I'll be doing it at any sort of musical event given the lack of much prior planning, and more likely it'll be in a house with friends with maybe some background music but nothing much else. I've found in such a setting auditory hallucinations can be distracting and sometimes lead to paranoia, i.e. if I think someone spoke to me, then turn to ask "What?" only to find out they're drifting away zoning out and seemingly didn't say anything. I found this an issue with 4-AcO-DMT and to a lesser extent 2C-E sometimes.

Sounds like a great idea scag, hope you both have an awesome trip :D

Christmas booze is in! So a quart of Gordon's Gin, a pint of brandy to go with my nonalcoholic mulled wine, and a bottle of vermouth (gotta save money since I have to buy my own food now, so I got the dry vermouth for martinis rather than Campari for Gin & Campari. Even though it's my favorite cocktail, $20 for campari rather than $4 for vermouth is just too steep a difference).

It's nice to be having decent cocktails again rather than cheap wine or cheap vodka+soda. The bottles on my shelf look so pretty too. =D

Now all I need is a fifth of Red Star Er Guo Tou and a couple cigars and my Christmas shopping for me will be done with.

^ Sounds like a nice selection. I'm a little short on cash right now so I'm out of booze, I might go and grab a couple beers later on if I stay up rather than heading back to sleep, but nothing interesting in the alcohol department for me as of late, other than a single glass of white wine on Christmas to join my usual beers.

If you end up really strapped for cash you might end up limiting yourself to beer only like me due to the price difference, I hope you don't though - it ends up pretty boring. :(

I've got good plans to get my cash flow going (Teaching English over here) though :D So hopefully that'll change soon. I'd love to get a nice bottle of Scotch in. It's been a while.

@scag, definitely, and link to it in here too :)

A $1.99 bottle of wine has slightly more alcohol than 200mL of vodka (also $1.99, ends up being $2.16 with tax, maybe $2.17 with the sales tax increasing). Beer is not as cost effective an option. But I know the feeling of boredom with it. As I am pretty much always broke, my channel for odd jobs dried up in July and hasn't shown any signs that it'll come back. But who knows what the future will bring.

@Mr. Scag - Do write about it if ya trip. And drop by PD social from time to time, we always welcome it.

Don't think I'll be tripping until March at the earliest, more likely not until summer at least.

vermouth is close enough for me. but yes campari is so so perfect for g&t's

i am the luckiest boy ever. i got a bottle of don juliio anejo 8o gotta make it last

So last night I had the dissociative experience you're supposed to have. I had probably a quarter gram of K in two lines, one up each nostril-- to celebrate the end of the world.

NICE!

i was doin some MXE on the 21st

was doin it before work n during n didnt even remember it was the 21st til one of my buddies at work told me to come to his end of the world party

was a good day/night

was kinda dissapointed nothing happened tho, i mean i wasnt expecting the rapture or zombies or anything but i was hoping for something big to happen

Ah, here I get 4x0.5L = 2L of 7.2% beer for cheaper than 1L of 10-14% wine. It wouldn't work out cheaper with lower alc content beer but due to the alc content being typically quite high over here it does.

There's also 1L bottles of 4.9% beer for just over 1/4 of the price, so I can get 4x1L = 4L of 4.9% for just a few pennies more than 2L of 7.2%, making it the cheapest option but not the most pleasant if I'm just looking to get drunk quick since it means even more drinking to do.

Shame though, I'm a big fan of wine, but those few pennies make a big difference here when I have little cash and everything is fairly cheap in comparison to many countries. :(

For New Years I'm going to an island with some good friends and we may indulge in some assorted psychedelics but at least MDMA, I'm going to dance like child in an African tribal ceremony, should be tops.

Life keeps getting better the harder you work, hope everyone has a great new years and I hope you can get closer to those that matter to you.

Its looking like NYE will be a laid back, stay-at-home affair this year. I don't want to shell out the 50+ a person most places are asking for cover (and drinks will be like another 50+ a person!). There are some good djs and stuff, but DAMN its expensive.

How's everyone doing? I've got a job lined up for the summer, moving across country. I won't miss southern cali, but I might miss the weather.

Ti-heehee, a 4oz bottle of DXM can still be a lil' fun with some tobacco and booze and caffeine. I'm a little bit dissociated for a change, and I feel like a real person. Something I often feel when on NMDA antagonists or on one of my rare soirées with cannabis (which due to my infrequency of use is really damn profound and dissociative).

Does that mean I don't feel like a real person normally? I suppose.

I live only in the cracks in time, (un-?)holy moments where one can hear the world ants march kirikirikiri (that's how I once described the static/gears mashing noise while dissociated, world ants marching. I guess they carry the perpetually becoming worlds on their backs or something?)...,,,\\/\ I guess y'all know by now that me + dissociatives = maniacal ranting.

Here's some lines lifted from my first time MXE report of March or April (report is a strong word, more like "I went crazy on notepad"). I think I was trying to say that I didn't particularly care for music on it, and the fact that I was reading True at First Light at the time seeped into it somehow:
Tuninging into the universal wave,m usic is the chaneel not the answer. BWANA GAME BWANA GAME. Stereo icicles slither sourly from their ear channels onto the Amtrak Station.
...
Jimi don't need to tell me where I'm going. Hemingway's been here a while ago. I'm not my sister. THe sherpa composes his symphony in the himeleyas. Piano Concerto. DIagnol squiggles.

Also I finally got a physical copy of The Sound of Sunforest as a christmas present, so here ya go: :D
