IGNVS: Yeah it feels great to be smoke free, or even just plainly cannabinoid free. I already feel a lot of my motivation coming back to me, and my head feels a notch clearer. I'm still coughing slightly from the mucus build up in the nasty spot in your throat, but its a hell of a lot better. I'm trying to keep this up in Janurary. I already feel much better with aspects of my life, that weed seemed to be hindering me (not its fault, my fault for letting it take over my life for a while). I'd like to get back to smoking a few times a week and only a night. I went 4 years with smoking probably 2-3 times a week max, and sometimes even months with out having a puff. I love weed, but moderation certainly is the key (not necessarily in dose, but in frequency).
Adrian: Shimano 150's is a solid set up. I have 105 shifters, 105 front derailer, ultegra sl derailer, ultegra crank set, ultegra chain, and dura ace cassette, on my girl. Rides pretty smooth. i just need to learn to tune the derailers a bit better.
Well, the way christmas works in my house is, everyone gives each other a christmas list (same goes for birthdays), and I was asking for these books on my list. When ever I can I always try and ramble about chemistry or pharmacology, so I think they got the point. Chemistry books to me are just as good as getting a novel. Honestly I'm more like to read through the chemistry or pharmacology books than some novels I've gotten (cough DFW, infinite jest cough). At this point its easier to read through text books than novels, as my brain is more in tune with sciency vocab than literary vocab (excuse my ignorance on the appropriate term for this)
