Best wishes Pharmakos, good to hear the surgery went smooth. Do you use cannabis? Might be a good idea to load up, I've seen documentaries where people slather pure cannabis-oil on the affected area and in 6 weeks no more cancer.
 
^^^ that. Have seen enough anecdotal reports and claims of people using nothing but cannabis oil applying it directly to the affected area and shit vanishes at a ridiculous rate. That, and many also showed comparison shots of when they were trying chemo (they looked like fucking DEATH with skin cancer on their face) to when they discontinued chemo and just used the oil. I mean sure, it might be baseless in science if you believe what we're thus far told as known fact, but even if the fuckwits in the pharma industry aren't lying and that it doesn't conclusively help, it's a bloody effective placebo by every account I've read over and ain't no way I'm not going to abuse the shit out of cannabis oil should I ever find myself in the position.

While having cancer once means there's a significant change that you will develop it again, the information you have let out (it hasn't metastasized, nor did you mention it as being a particularly malignant form, iirc) leads me to believe that this surgery, plus maybe some ancillary treatment, will leave you sailing in smooth waters soon enough. I'm still frightened for you and concerned for the troubles this has caused you, but I think we should be optimistic about your prognosis. Get well soon. <3

You can't say that you had surgery without telling us what you were Rx'd, and what anesthetic they used, if you bothered to inquire about that. Gotta hear about the silver lining as well as the cloud.
 
I broke my wrist once. When they set it they shot me up with dilaudid at the same time the guy set my wrist.

Talk about pleasure and pain. It wad actually kind of perfect. Is that weird?

Lots of people get off on a certain amount of pain.
On a completely different scale...i really enjoy the sensation of really hot chilli, for example.
Endorphins have a lot to do with this whole pleasure/pain thing. Dilaudid surely helps increase the pleasure side of thing too... ;)

they knocked me out with propofol and fentanyl... not sure what/if anything else. was actually already thinking about getting the anesthesiology report from the records department over there, just for curiosity.

the last thing i remember from before the surgery was joking around with the anesthesiologist... we were chatting, he told me he's been doing what he does for 30 years... when he put the mask on my face he said "i'm gonna slip you a mickey here" and i laughed. told him he really has been around a long time if he's joking about mickeys. and then he told me that he still uses mickeys, chloral hydrate, on some of his pediatric patients.

but yeah, i don't remember where in the conversation i drifted off, but it was like one second i was there chatting with the anesthesiologist and then the next second i was sitting in post-op with my mom and my girlfriend next to me. really felt as if absolutely no time went by, which is a new experience for me as far as the psychonaut in me was viewing the experience. even when i pass out from alcohol or opiates, when i come back to i have a definite feeling that at least some amount of time has passed. but with this, it was like they clipped two hours out of the movie reel of my life and taped it back together without any editing to make it flow correctly.

they sent me home with 30x 7.5mg norcos. been combining them with some of my DXM powder to help stretch the bottle out a bit longer.
 
^Something special about going under eh? When I had my wisdom teeth removed, I woke up afterwards at home, in bed, and thought I had missed my surgery. Didn't figure out my teeth were missing till my mom told me.
 
Cancer is a bitch. (I'm still broken up about David Bowie being gone....)

Had a really great band practice last night, the first night our bass player got back into town after visiting his family for a while. I sang lead on a song I usually don't sing in, because our female lead singer missed practice. it was so much fun. :)
 
Insane night, almost 300mg of MDMA and got finally take some ketamine on comedown, wow guys. Now I get the hype.. If I had more I would've holed so much. Took 3-MeO-PCP too after which was fun but not as good as K. Feel pretty good today, don't know if I'll crash towards the night or tomorrow but I guess it was worth it!
 
Nice, I've never had the chance to take ketamine on an MDMA comedown. I will say though that taking MDMA (like a third as much, it potentiates it hugely) on top of MXE is my favorite way to take MDMA, it seems to fill in all the parts I find lacking in MDMA and combines into something greater than either alone. Plus the MDMA amounts are so low (~70mg for me) that there is no crash or feeling of depletion.
 
I've been a bit anxious lately, and also quit all tobacco/vaping on Wednesday, so I was searching the house for my etizolam, which I know I had a bunch left -- never did find it, but I came across an envelope with 6 150ug blots of ETH-LAD. That made my day!
 
^A couple years ago, when I was on meth 24/7, I had a stash, a secret stash, and an emergency stash.

For the first time since I was a kid, I actually had a professional haircut, and it's styled now too (free, as a perk of working at a barber shop), after which the owner said to me, "Now you look like a normal person, and not a serial killer." LOL. It looks good, I must say.

Haha, that's funny - i'd been contemplating forking out for a haircut for the first time in 10+ years.
Just feels wrong to pay someone for something i've had so much fun doing myself

I've a small stash of MXE, maybe 40mg of 2C-B, ~20mg of DOC which I'm yet to try, and sweet shit all MDMA left :( maybe one or two more nights out....gonna have to find another source too. Ugh. Haven't had to buy MD for like 2 years LOL. Going to get myself a 25 sheet of whatever legit lysergamide I can find on blotter for safekeeping though, will sort that out once I've moved house with the girlfriend over the next week or so. Exciting and stressful...but hells yeah living in a new place all to ourselves :D
 
I ran out of 3-MeO-PCP again, 125mg lasted maybe a week lol. It's a good thing probably, it has lost much of its magic already when abusing like that. Honestly I like 3-meo-pcp very much but MXE is still superior dissociative. I miss it :p

Xorkoth: I never got to try take MXE first and then MDMA, I remember you said it was great but I never got a chance to do so.
 
Stashes lying around all the house?! How do you keep track of where your shit is? I just keep all my stuff in a combination lock box. (Though I guess that'd make it easier for a thief to break in and walk off with my entire stash, but I live in a safe neighborhood)
