I love cider, I wish it were more prevalent and cheaper. The only stuff I can get is Strongbow at like $3 a can.
My BP is higher than normal lately (I think it's BP anyway), getting twitches in arm/leg muscles 'specially as evening approaches. Symptoms of a developing physical dependency to alcohol? I have been drinking a lil' in the day sometimes because I've been having cigars (with booze+soda, for taste and to increase the pleasantness of the high)....I've had much larger amounts every evening than I have been having per day with no ill effects in times past though. In any case guess a good break is in order...
I don't have BP monitor here, but a few months ago it was in the low-normal range; I'm actually prone to low BP and high resting pulse rate.
These days my resting pulse has been very high; amp consumption/stress is no doubt the cause. I find studying on amps to make tachycardia/insomnia much worse than using it socially or actively. The last few days I've been studying my ass off for the most obscenely memorization intensive subject I have ever seen (Intermediary Metabolism). I've got a heck of a sleep debt accumulated which I can now replenish. I just got out of the final and I'm glad to say that course is over and it wasn't a complete trainwreck. I'm hoping P-chem isn't any worse; I've heard stories and I take it next year.
It is definitely time for amp detox; I have a week to study my next round of exams and I'm going to do it the old fashioned way, with only liquid caffeine as an aid. At the moment though; to counter my sleep debt and burned out dopaminergic neurons I've taken a light beta-blocker, 1-1.5mg phenazepam, 10mg diazepam and it's starting to feel nice.
It's annoying how I always have trouble sleep the very night before an exam, the time I need it most; only got 3 hours last night. Leaving the amp out of it; it still feels like all the mental strain from studying all day makes you anxious and keeps you up. It seems the best strategy is to not study the day before an exam.
Back to your quote; it feels odd to me how phenibut actually causes leg pain in me, yet benzos relieve it. Alcohol hangover has leg pain for me too, last night I was finding it really weird how the phenibut I'd taken (GABAergic) was actually causing RLS and leg pain, aggravating my insomnia.
At the end of all this crap in the last few weeks since I've been joyriding with novel amp derivatives; my acne has reached critical mass, I've lost weight, anxiety at a high, etc. BUT, it really is just an amplification of things I've been carrying around for a long time. Someone in their early-mid 20s shouldn't have severe acne (was the case before amps) like this and I'm going to get some bloodwork done to see if I have some sort of endocrine/metabolism disorder. I really should have done this a year or two ago.
Anyways, god bless pharmacologists, chemists, and the capitalists who have made this relief available.
HA! Just remembered that in the case of phenzepam I have the communists to thank :D
eh.. nevermind then i guess :/
Sorry dude, busy times on all fronts, one gets selfish and scans the page, hope all is well
