the 90s look to be epic win though, just because its like..things looked better, but they still had technology ya know?

It can go either way really; often psychs make people feel cold; especially on the come-up.

Cold feelings can often be caused by vasoconstriction (constriction of blood vessels)

Warm feelings can be caused by the stimulant action of the drug. Increased metabolism, increased heat production.
