Mmmmm, MDMA wears off :( But, thank fuck, I don't feel all sketchy like in the days of abuse- in fact, I feel so damn good I've dropped some acid (~200ug) and am about to consume some more MDMA :D

My face is seriously stretched too...:D Not unlike that smiley....

Now, to arrange some pot and all will be well....:)

Nice! I can't wait till I slowly start getting away from some of my abusive tendencies. I feel a little uncomfortable with psychedelics atm, not that I feel prone to a bad trip. The last few trips I've had (4-5 over the past 4 months), I keep realizing the same thing. Essentially that I know I what i need to do, and any enlightenment can wait till I finally recognized and put to realization all that I've established over the past year. Hopefully come November, I can be in a better place to dive in deep again to the psychedelic realm. I'm really trying to have a heavy trip (its been a good bit since I've had one), but it just needs to be at the right moment.

I'm in the same boat, cloudy. Though for some reason or another I keep on not acting on the revelations, I really need to do something about it.

Oh, and I've sampled something recently which I feel I might be allergic to, I mean I'm sure I could go for a low dose and see if the troubling symptoms manifested (I was kind of having other issues at the time of first occurrence, so I can't be sure they were related), but I'd rather not ingest it just to be cautious. I think I've heard someone say something about just putting some on your skin and waiting a while to see if any itching/redness/whatever happens. Will just simple dermal contact produce a noticeable effect in a reasonable amount time? Anyone have any advice on this?

Heya willow, small world - I just decided to dose a couple hits of 'cid for the first time in ages... Should be a fun night ;)

@ willow11 Being able to enjoy something anew after experiencing the horrors of abuse is a great feeling. After what's happened to you lately you deserve to feel all the good vibes your brain and body can muster. I hope a positive mindstate sees you through your trip and this period of negativity in your life, and you come out the end OK.

I still have about a week of (semi) sobriety left before I let myself at my collection of goodies again. Was showing them off to my housemates last night, they were astonished and enthusiastic about trying the more empathogenic ones like AMT & Moxy, I feel pretty lucky to live with such open minded people. Should be a much better year than ones past, to say the least. G'night PD! <3

Here's a massive IDM-tinged dubstep track for y'all: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LR9bwBOh1zs

It'd be so awesome if some scientist invented a device that projected your thoughts/mental imagery onto a screen. Imagine being able to record all your CEVs to watch back later and analyse, being able to compare them to the CEVs of other people, and being able to see how much they change from trip to trip.

I was absolutely blown away by CEVs last night, I was seeing the most beautiful psychedelic art shifting and growing to the beat of the music, and I just wished I could capture even one frame of it to recreate on paper, but alas that couldn't be done. Then the 2D art became 3D kaleidoscopic fractals and I was very pleasantly surprised, as I've often seen the fractal mandalas and kaleidoscopes that people attribute to psychedelics, but in my (limited) psychedelic experience I've never seen them before, until now.

My only complaint was when I decided to dose, I think I should have dosed earlier in the day, as I dosed around 7:30pm, and ended up going to sleep 8 hours in when I could have kept tripping for a few more hours had I done it earlier and not been so worn out. (Yes I have 0 trouble sleeping on 2C-E, I'm not sure if that's unusual or not)

Anyone here have to deal with chronic lower back pain? I keep pulling my back out, and it seems to be happening with greater frequency as the years roll on. I'd say it happens at least 1-2 times a month and takes me a week to recover usually, just taking lots of epsom slat baths, advil every 3-4 hours and using this microwavable heating pad every 30 minutes or so. I def need more help preventing it, and would listen to any recommendations to help deal during a flare up. It feels to me like maybe it is lower back pain and maybe a pinched sciatic nerve.

One interesting thing I did notice is that 2C-E the last couple times I took it (and unfortuneatly also had back trubbz then too) I noticed that it broke the spell of the pain and let all the muscles loosen up, but it took pretty intense experiences with several insufflated redosings to get to that point where the muscles relaxed. I found this very interesting, but of course I can't rely on a 4-8 hour psychedelic trip to cure back frequent back pain...but maybe some permutation of this molecule actually has some future as a muscle relxant/pain relief agent....not sure how it helped me tho...maybe just by lifting me up out of my habitual self defining habits/structures...not sure, but I would love to hear anything similar from anyone.

Catfish, have you tried regular exercise or yoga as a prophylactic for lower back pain? For work I do hard manual labor outdoors and never have flare-ups of back pain if I do one or the other on a daily basis. And though I've never tried it myself, a good friend of mine swears by acupuncture for treating pinched nerves (which he seems to get with some regularity, unfortuantely).

And goddamn, I'm loving all the stellar dubstep people are linking to in this thread. :D

Sounds like you're stressed out. Meditation and stretching (especially your hamstrings) can really help. My bet is that the 2C-E briefly minimizes/suppresses the thought patterns responsible for your muscle tightness (which eventually leads to other health complications if left untended).

I used to get all sorts of lower back tightness/stiffness/pain that would come and go fairly often. They became regular occurrences until I just let myself relax and breathe.

I don't know about oral cannabis but smoking when I have a cold usually makes me feel worse... not because of the smoking really but mainly because it makes me notice my symptoms a lot more

Yeah, you are probably better off drinking a lot of water and maybe some hot herbal tea, eating a lot of fruits and veggies, take some vitamin C, get a little exercise if you can and then lots of rest

And feel better! :)
