Old school beaner looking for answers.

OP - There's been some debate as of late regarding the mdma from back in the time period you mentioned versus now. I have been finding (mainly in the last couple years) that the mdma seems to really lack a certain intensity it used to have...as you mentioned, the super intense euphora, eye wiggles, jaw shaking, etc. isn't there. To me, the mdma seems to feel a little watered down. I think something is up with the synth or something.

At first, I thought it was the molly just being cut up as stated above, but even the mdma in the molly doesn't have the bite. However, i too had the opportunity to try some of the stronger pills from abroad and suprisingly they, while strong, still lacked a certain intensity and bite. They just don't seem to have the cringingly intense euphoria they used to. So, I'm not surprised about your comments about the nintendos.

What can I say...pills ain't what they used to be. Sucks.
 
Okay so I didn't read anyone else's post so I may be repeating someone/everyone else:

Your ecstasy pills were probably pretty close to pure MDMA. Nowadays people are cheap money making gangsters so they cut up the pure MDMA with adulterates. This diluted MDMA became the new ecstasy and dealers had to come up with a new name for the pure MDMA which was Molly. But nowadays Molly is just the powder form of whatever shit people are dealing out. Oh on a side note, people are also coming out with "melts/mints" or something that's like a fragile pill like form....

Anyhow, you have to test your shit because no matter the size, amt, color, smell, or form (pill/powder)-- it could be ANYTHING.
 
How do you know the pills you were getting were pure MDMA?

Although I too have found this.. Pills used to fuck me up whereas tested, reliable MDMA doesn't..

I recently realised it was probably due to the doses I was taking.. I would consistently start the night with a double or even tripple drop of decent strength pills whereas now, with MDMA, i stick to single (albeit large) doses.. This was because I was under the assumption the pills i used to take were weaker than they probably were.

I recently took MDMA and upped the dose a bit.. The old school feeling was almost there again :)

Well said. Dont get me wrong, the Nintendos were okay but like I said.... it felt like I was running the race but never hit the finishline. I think people whom have never had the chance to experience what im talking about (the old school beans) think molly traffic is "good" or "strong".

Oh I know they weren't pure MDMA. but again, what one could assume is no matter what concoction of crap was in there, it was safe to assume that mdma was always there...or was supposed to be.

IMO folley has the best and most accurate information of all of these replies.

Mephedrone DEFINATELY is not one of the MOST THREE common adulterants, it's expensive and very rare.
 
Don`t go into this thinking that you are not going to roll. First test your molly. 2nd if it tests fine,then dosage is your next descision. Are you sure your molly hasn`t been cut down to a weakend strength? 3rd,setting can be everything. Make plans to go do something exciting. This will help make the night better.

I have eaten plenty 90`s pills, plenty 00 pills , and even modern day molly. I think the new synth is off (sasafrass became harder to get). I am going to try a party flock next weekend to see what the modern pills are like.

Please let us know how the night goes off. I`m hopeing you get that old school feeling back. It will validate wether or not the modern molly has a slightly different effect than the old.

Actually, now that I look at it more carefully, I think its MDVP.... damn bathsalts.

White label: yellow
Red label: brown
Yellow Label: light tan?
Green label: colorless

Well I haven't taken it so I had no idea about it being "not as good". I just got it. I just tested it again and its deff methylone. So im now reading its ok to take, you get similar feelings but you have to take 3times as much!?

Are you shitting me? You get those awful results and you just want to take 3 times as much? Some people just aren't smart enough to be doing drugs I guess. Hell, no wonder all your friends are getting sold that shit. They know it's not MDMA and want to gobble it up anyway. "It gets me high, right?!?!"

Sure its not what I was hoping it would be but why wouldn't I want to take methylone? Bluelight, Erowid Dancesafe....etc all have good things to say about it. Less potent than MDMA, but still good.

The mecke reaction usually does not look that way with pure methylone. That reaction signifies to me a mix of unknown chemicals, not methylone. It seems as if there is more than one chemical in there to me.


At any rate you should take it back to your dealer and get your money back. If you settle for unknown substances you'll never get the real stuff.
 
The only thing to do with that if you dont want to trash it is send it to edata to find out what is really in that. Until then i definitely would not eat that. Find real mdma, im sure at least one person in your area is selling it!
 
Ok, so tonight I tried some pure crystal shards that fizzed and went straight to purple/black on marquis. It's supposed to be the "best in Europe." All I can say is I hope not. That's not to say it wasn't great, but again it lacked the bite that pills or even powder had just a couple years back. Something is definitely up with the synth. The mdma now clearly doesn't have the bite it did even just a couple years ago.

Now, I know, some may say its my INSANE tolerance, which is to note. However, my girl who used to roll back in the 90s too also agrees it doesn't have the bite it used to...even just the bite from couple years ago. This is really frightening. Has LE gotten such a strangelhold on precursers that mdma isn't even mdma anymore? God, I hope not.

Again, its not to say I didn't roll hard...but definitely not nearly as hard as I should of given the purity of the mdma...and it did have a VERY pure feel about it. Definitely no adulterants. The only way I can describe what I'm trying to articulate is almost like the difference between a regular beer vs. a light beer. Often, it doesn't matter how much of the light beer you drink, you just can't get to where you can on a full beer. This, sadly, is how today's mdma seems to effect me.

And, no it's no that the magic is gone. I haven't rolled in a looooong time off actual mdma. There is no chance its that my brain is fried from too frequent of rolling. In all honesty, it clearly wouldn't make sense that the first 12 years of mdma use would have the same impact (when accounting for frequency of consumption), but all of a sudden the last few years my body would change the way it processes the drug. Again, I'll note the experience of my girl and others who share my opinion.

What in gods name has happened to this amazing experience? I hope things don't continue in this direction as it would mean generations won't get to have the lifechanging amazing experience that rolling on real pure mdma is...PLUR
