Rimming, and ass to mouth are not safe but the people into rimming and/or ass to mouth know this. It is nothing new people have been doing rimming for as long as people have been having sex. I have no problems receiving or giving analinguis and in the heat of the moment there's not often time to have a shower and brush ya teeth.
