Official Paedo Discussion Megathread v2

mouth deformed by cockage?

And no I've met a few gay men and none of them have weird twisty smiles! Just leering eyes.

I assumed it was a protective structure. Like batsmen wear. Ball protectors? I'm sure there is a better phrase.

It's just like their lower jaw sticks out a tiny bit too much.

Freddie Starr bailed again over alleged sex offences as police ponder evidence

Comedian Freddie Starr was bailed again over alleged sex offences.

Starr, 70, had been hoping he would find out if he was to be charged or cleared over the allegations.

But Scotland Yard said that his bail was being extended, “pending further inquiries” until February.

A police file on the case, including witness statements, was passed last month to Crown Prosecution Service lawyers.

They will have to decide if the evidence is strong enough to warrant charges.

Starr, of Studley, Warks, who denies any wrongdoing, was first arrested in November last year over claims involving Jimmy Savile and others.

He was then re-arrested in April this year over additional allegations that did not involve the late DJ.

A YORK primary school teacher who molested his pupils and filmed children as they changed for swimming lessons has seen his six-month jail sentence more than doubled.

The Court of Appeal has ruled that Richard Oldham, who was jailed for just six months by a judge at Leeds Crown Court in September, should instead serve a 13-month sentence.

The Solicitor General, Oliver Heald, who had asked the Court of Appeal to look again at the case, said afterwards: "Richard Oldham abused his position of trust and acted in a way that was wholly inappropriate for a teacher, committing sexual offences against young boys who were in his charge and entitled to be safe.

"I asked the court to look again at his overall sentence and consider whether sentences for some of the offences should have been ordered to run consecutively.

"Sexual crimes, especially those which breach the trust between a pupil and teacher, should be punished appropriately.

"Today the Court sent a clear message that anyone who violates the trust of children they have been charged to look after will face the proper consequences."

Detective Sergeant Adam Normanton, of North Yorkshire Police, said: “I am pleased that the court of appeal has taken the decision to increase Richard Oldham’s sentence to more accurately reflect the gravity of his offences.

“Oldham completely disregarded the position of trust he held as a teacher and deserved to be punished appropriately.

“His victims showed great courage to come forward and report what happened to them and I hope that the extension of Oldham’s sentence will give them a sense that justice has been done.”

Oldham, formerly of Murton Garth, Murton. but more recently of Holsworthy, Devon, was charged with 23 offences including voyeurism, making and possessing indecent photographs of children and sexual assault.

His offending spanned eight years and was uncovered in September last year after a 10-year-old boy complained that the teacher touched him during a lesson. The touching was inappropriate but was over his clothes and did not involve his genitals.

Another 10-year-old boy, at a different school, came forward after seeing media coverage to say he had been touched by Oldham between September 2010 and July last year.

After Oldham was arrested, police found computer equipment at his home which contained more than 2,000 indecent images of children. Although most were at the lower levels, some of the images were level four, described as "the rape of children".

The filming at the swimming lessons concentrated on the children's genitals and Oldham would also talk to the children about erections and pornography.

The number of sentences flagged to the Attorney General's Office for being too lenient surged to a record high last year. Out of the 435 sentences sent to the Attorney General, a total of 62 offenders saw an increase in their sentence as a result.

A charity for child abuse victims was outraged in September when Oldham was given six months, which meant he was not, under current legislation, subject to supervision by the probation service on his release from jail.

Peter Saunders, chief executive of the National Association for People Abused in Childhood, said then that six months seemed a "catastrophically lenient sentence for such vile crimes", while the NSPCC said entences should always reflect the severity of the crime and breach of trust that had occurred.

^what a cunt!
I just read the other day that primary schools are wanting more male teachers and then you get cunts like that spoiling things for other blokes who may want to go into the profession.
If I was a primary school teacher I would be so paranoid that the kids parents may suspect i was a peado and I'm sure any male teacher of young kids has to be so careful not to be alone with any child at any time.
It must be quite hard for a bloke working with young children and it the fear of being thought of as a nonce of some sort could put other men off becoming primary school teachers.
For some kids without a dad at home the teacher may be the only male they interact with.

Spot on. I know of one social worker and one primary school teacher who get a bit wary sometimes.

It's ultimately a byproduct of righteous media hysteria, and ironically it may end up damaging society (specifically the children whom they want to 'protect') far more than actual acts of child sex abuse.

Obviously, these are sickening crimes, but the coverage they receive is hugely disproportionate. Imagine if every rape case were to receive the same treatment. If you put it in perspective it's relatively rare, although it's a good thing that such crimes are exposed. Food for thought though.

A 17-year-old boy has been found guilty of grooming and sexually exploiting teenage girls on Teesside.

Ateeq Latif, from Middlesbrough, was found guilty a day after the jury at Teesside Crown Court found taxi driver Shakil Munir, 32, guilty of charges involving girls aged 13 and 14.

A third man, Sakib Ahmed, 19, pleaded guilty to exploiting five victims. The men, all from Middlesbrough, were "loosely connected", the court heard.

Two 18-year-old men were cleared.

Judge John Walford lifted orders banning Ahmed's guilty pleas and Latif's identity being reported.

"These men preyed on young, vulnerable girls by befriending them and securing their trust”

Det Insp Dino Carlucci
Cleveland Police
The court heard allegations relating to seven victims, some of whom were known to each other.

The "vulnerable" girls were groomed with offers of free lifts, takeaway food and in some case drugs, prosecutors said.

Latif, of Abingdon Road, and Ahmed, of Cambridge Road, will be sentenced alongside Munir, of Tollesby Road, at a later date.

Latif was found guilty of two counts of arranging or facilitating commission of a child sex offence. His victims were both aged 14. He was cleared of another count of the same charge.

Ahmed admitted five counts of sexual activity with a child before the six-week trial of the other defendants.

Munir was found guilty of four counts of sexual activity with a child and one of child abduction.

Speaking after the case, Det Insp Dino Carlucci, of Cleveland Police, said: "These men preyed on young, vulnerable girls by befriending them and securing their trust and then exploited it.

"This has been an arduous and protracted inquiry for all involved and particularly for the young victims, who I commend for having the strength to see this through until the end.

"It hasn't been easy for them, or their loved ones, but hopefully now they can put this behind them and look forward to bright futures."
