Testosterone Types and Delivery:
Esterification of testosterone is done in order to improve the solubility of testosterone in oil, which in turn slows the release of the testosterone from the site where it enters the body.
When people speak of whether a particular testosterone ester is "fast acting" or "slow acting," they are usually referring to the partition coefficient/solubility in oil. As described above, esters with more carbon atoms will generally be more soluble in oil-- they are often referred to as "slow-acting" esters (they stay active in the system longer). Esters that are less soluble in oil are often referred to as "fast-acting" forms of testosterone, referring to the fact that they are more quickly available and used up in the blood stream.

Most non responders have either gotten bunk gear, have zero patience, or are training and eating like shit. If your gear is real the only difference the ester makes is the amount of time between injections amd just how fast yoru body reaches peak plasma concentration of thatgiven compound and the amount of testosterone present in each injection 200mg of TNE is 200mg of Testosterone 200mg of test prop is less due to ester weight as cyp is less then prop ect ect. A lot of this shit gets passed on as real science when its just BS, and can be proven wrong by any actual data on the compounds and a 5 minuet Google search. It is like the belief that you can only use certain compounds to bulk or cut the fact is you can use what ever, it all comes down to diet and training. The OP here has an issue and it wasn't bunk gear his test levels were up and it wasn't that he didn't respond ( he wasn't taking it to build muscle any way) he just didn't get the libido and sexual function he was looking for, but with that much gear you can often get the reverse effect and suppress libido, but I doubt he jumped right to 2g+ a week. So he is right to think it was not really the test but a separate issue. The thing is most people think if i take this I will look like that, and forget to do the work, but its that simple shit in is shit out. BTW OP I am not trying to hammer you but rather the guy arguing that your issue is with the ester. With his issues with thyroid and libido, sexual dysfunction he may in fact have a serious underlying endocrine system issue, or a urological issue, vascular malformation, or any number of other issues or a combination of smaller issues that are wreaking havoc on his system. 2g a week is a sledge hammer the fact that he got nothing from it suggest 1:bunk gear ( though he said his test levels were off the chart) so we can rule that out based on the info he gave us 2: an underlying issue that needs to be sorted via, blood panels full hormone panels, a closer look by an endocrinologist and or a urologist, possibly a few more tests fro things like growths or other mechanical issues, relating to the issue like prostate enlargement, vascular blockages or malformations ect ect bottom line he needs to see a doctor not change his ester on the test.
