It would be the ether. I don't see any reason for a significantly unusual stability, meaning it would exist fairly stably as the ketal (well over 90%) as long as there was next to no water present.

By my (quick, thoughtless) calculations, it would take just 0.1mls of water to convert 1g of this ketal to mephedrone. It's unlikely to stick around for long if the container is left open, considering 1m^3 of air contains about 10mls of water.

Oh, and any stories for 4-MEC would be nice, just like comparisons to other drugs, worth the money, etc.

EDIT: Never mind last part, it's generally reported as a weaker feeling meph.

I find 4-mec to be about 50% the potency of 4-mmc. Qualitatively it is quite similar.
 
I've been informed there is a chemical similar to Ket but only significantly more potent (4-5x) going to be appearing in the market over the next few months. I suspect its being synthed at the moment, fairly positive about this after the increase in availability of MXE, it's likely some interesting ones will span from this. Anyone any more information on this?
This isn't a rumour by the way, came from a supplier.
 
3-meo-pce? That was one of the "invite only" chemicals that they had on one of the "official 5"s site a while ago.
 
^I don't know about the difficulty of synthing them, but there are loads of potential ketamine analogues, and none of them are illegal. Replace the chlorine atom with bromine or iodine? Shift it round to the 3 position? Replace the N-methyl with an ethyl/propyl group? The possibilities are almost endless.

3-MeO-PCE is a lot more potent than 4/5 k-units, probably too potent and too nutty. I would have thought that new RC arylcyclohexylamines would have the ketone on the cyclohexane ring to keep the sedation up and the potency down.

Disclaimer: As always, I am probably talking shite.
 
3-meo-pce is the non-ketone version of MXE isn't it?
I swear i've read somewhere that they were selling that as an invite only chem and you had to apply. Maybe i've imagined it...

I didn't bother inquiring, what sort of things did they want for you to qualify for the invite only chems?
 
Yes, it is the non-ketone version of methoxetamine, and yes it is being sold (in fact I have a sample tucked away for a rainy day), I meant that I didn't think it was what Special_K was talking about and that I don't think it'll see widespread sales (at least I hope not, otherwise there's going to be a lot of people getting sectioned).
 
I have high hopes for camfetamine.

Can't wait till it surfaces. I've got a hunch this might be the first RC that would be a good substitute to amphetamine.

I've been on a lookout for a such (quasi legal) chemical since forever. :)
 
On sale at a psy-trance night, at weekend: MXE, dimethocaine, MDAI, 6-ABP and possibly something else. All in capsules, in brightly coloured packaging. I didn't think they'd be allowed to sell such potent stuff, at a legal night. Of course there was no indication of what quantity of chemicals was in each. A few also had brand names, such as 'Sparkle' (MDAI). The girl was very clued up about what was in each product, but tried to tell me they were some sort of safe/herbal alternative to illegal drugs. I gave her a funny look at that point, and walked away.

def excited for this one, some recently have been a real let down.
MPA can be alright smoked, I find an initial large run provides great euphoria but then after that it's impossible to get near.
that ECX, however was complete wank, at over double the recommended dosage (reputable supplier) it made me feel vaguely woozy and thats it.
 
If I may interrupt, excuse my ignorance, but what is ECX?

Some kind of ethcathinone spin-off/analogue? (thats all I can think of from 'EC')
 
1-EthynylCyclohexanol, supposed to be along the lines of alcohol/ghb

Can I ask what event this was? Really want to go to a psy-trance rave and that sounds like a decent one. I know technically talking about specific vendors isn't allowed so could you PM me if that's allowed?
