I recently relocated to AZ and at first all my connects had was typical black tar that smelled vinegary. One of the times I tried cold copping I got a brown powder with darker spots in it. Initially I thought it was the Mexican brown powder I've read about, but a friend told me from the looks of it chances were it was typical tar turned into a powder. Was pretty crappy Imo.
A different person a few weeks later gave me a brown powder, which like other users said, turned into the typical looking black tar after breathing on it a few seconds. Was ok, again nothing special. This last week I got brown powder from yet a different person but was solid. Idk if it was just pressed or not, but it left brown powder residue in the bag and dint have that typical tar smell. Needless to say best I've had since getting out here haha
