Neo-Doves test results

ok. here's my review

did 1/4 tab of acid in accordance with low lsd appreciation night with my mates and realised it wasnt getting us anywhere.

t +0 so we decided to try out the NDs in caps at about 4hours into the 'mild' trip.

T +0.5 while watching jurassic park 1, me and my mates realised the movie was getting interesting and was not as confusing as we was on acid. personally, i got hit with a comfortable feeling, and starting talking crap with my friend.

T +1 this is when i would consider myself 'peaking', sitting back watching the movie while feeling damn good. relieved too at the fact the ND effects overtook the acid ones and getting abit of energy. Start to do similar things when im rolling, like chewing gum and smoking heaps of ciggies.

T +2 feel the buzz dying down but still there. Decided to snort one half and swallow the other.
warning : i feel snorting these leave u a terrible bitter unpleasant drip at the back of the throat. its snortable but just doesnt feel enticing for me to do more.
U do rush a little from snorting but my mate who didnt came up pretty quick on his second ND moments later as well.

T +3 still feeling good onto Jurassic Park 2 now

T +4 feeling tired, decided to hit the weed. This i must say is one of examples why NDs are so simlilar in md qualities to E pills. I managed to pull cones like i was on mdma and was tripping visually like i would when smoking after rolling. Smoking weed brought back some of the buzz and 'good feeling' but was pretty awake and wasnt tired at all

T +5 Am not able sleep. trying hard

T +6 and onwards - was able to sleep for 2-3 hours or so (not a deep sleep) before i woke up and did stuff and smoked more weed. Very scat recovery day - worst than some pills i've taken.

Conclusion
Me and my mates feel the ND when taken in 2 pills or more does give a decent weak/moderate e rush and certain md qualities were detected - slight empathy/euphoric feelings. Jaw clenching and leg twitching is not as bad but was still there. The most important part is - most of us felt SUPER horny on NDs.

Was not a bad night in all, but the come down was shockingly harsh. Will arm myself with benzos the next time i try out the SC and SPs.

^like i said before, if these contain mk-MDEA then why are they getting inspected and allowed to pass through customs. Or is the aussie analogue act not as astringent as the americans. I was under the impression they were the same...

The analogues act (designer drug legislation) applies to state(s) legislation. I could well be wrong here, but afaik there are no such laws governing imports other than specific scheduling of illicit/ regulated compounds.

I took a fair few NDs the other day, well i think 3 and 2 compressors - they stack up nicely, and continue to give effects, Definately very scattered afterward, couldnt sleep for a few hours, had to induce sleep with g - and even that was difficult.

Was very scattered out yesterday, but I've somehow contracted a flu of some description as i still feel sick now and my throat is extremely sore.

But i got the same effects as usually described. I do however, have reason to believe that there is a lot of caffeine present in these. Because the scattered was more like an alcohol hangover - after drinking a bottle of scotch with shitloads of coke kind of hangover (difficulty sleeping, headachey etc.). This could be due to how much I used, but was more for experimentation sake.

One thing i will add is the Compressor pills are quite nice - kick in quickly - i haven't had the chance to use them alone as i used them after the ND (since they are supposedly the same thing).

Well this is weird because a week ago i was raving on about the spirits and how good they were, but weekend just gone i didnt get half the effects from the previous weekend. I went to a party and went through a 50pack in a night, most people loved them, with the odd exception.
I really do think the consistincy changes from pill to pill because other who tried the spirits the first weekend said they felt more on the second time around.

Does this mean that if someone had contact with a research chemical supplier and they imported to Australia then so long as that SPECIFIC substance was not a scheduled/regulated compound you could legally import it even if it was an analogue of a scheduled/regulated compound?

I might start a new thread with a list of compounds i am interested in of which i am fairly certain most would be scheduled/regulated but some may not be. I would be very interested in the opinions of some of you more chemically minded bluelighters.

You might be able to legally import it into Australia, but taking possession of it without the appropriate permits may definitely infringe local laws, which could result in charges being laid. Just how much communication exists between customs and other state departments I don'y know, and this may vary from state to state. If intending to order any known chemicals, drugs etc, I would suggest that you first do the homework and find out how legality stands in your state.

The analogue/designer drug legislation is rarely acted on, but that doesn't mean it can't or won't be used. It could very well turn out that the ******** products are exempt from such legislation. However, that would either mean the active compounds are 'exotic' amino acids, and/or are not substantially similar structure-wise to any of the more common illicit drugs. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

I don't think a new thread is warranted. We have had such threads in the past and so far I don't think there's been a queried compound that escapes Australian legislation. Now, if you lived in the UK.....

Okay don't snort this shit, I feel nasal damage. That and sometimes if you have a cold it gets stored in a booger for a day or 2.. then when that booger melts and you breathe thru your nose you snort some booger-protected neo dove powder... i dont think its safe... the burn is just wrong..

I'd suggest you'd ask the manufacturer or better yet, ask on their forum, Bluelight is not the right place to discuss delivery times, further posts on this line of questioning may be removed. Cheers.

To my knowledge the SUSDP schedules only specific substances as opposed to analogues of those specific substances.

WA has no blanket analogue laws in its Poisons or Misuse of Drugs legislation.

The Poisons act includes the following substances in schedule 9 (prohibited drugs):

ALKOXYAMPHETAMINES AND BROMO-SUBSTITUTED ALKOXYAMPHETAMINES except where separately specified in Schedule 9.
* ALKOXYPHENETHYLAMINES AND ALKYL-SUBSTITUTED ALKOXYPHENETHYLAMINES except where separately specified in Schedule 9.

Therefore, analogues of many of the PIHKAL substances are covered, but certainly not all, including analogues of MDXX compounds not specified elsewhere in the SUSDP or Poisons Act (schedules 8 or 9), unless one stretched the above chemical description very broadly to apply to MDXX substances.

The Misuse of Drugs act talks of the following chemicals:

60. HALLUCINOGENIC SUBSTANCES (structurally derived from methoxyphenethylamine)

131. PSYCHOTOMIMETIC SUBSTANCES (structurally derived from methoxyphenethylamine)

Therefore, in my view, unless the SUSDP does make provision for analogues, then in WA at least, unless your substance is specifically scheduled (in the SUSDP or in the WA legislation), or is structurally derived from alkoxy PEA's or amphetamines (the 2-C series are the classic examples of these) then the substance is not illegal.

The following rather aged NSW Court of Appeal decision is somewhat relevant to the discussion:

i've been snorting subcocas and neodoves for 4 days in a row and my nose has felt absolutely fine all the time....

thanks for the info biscuit.

I thought pretty much all of PIHKAL was covered. Could you please name some of the ones from that would not be covered by the above laws. Purely so as to help one prevent breaking the law whilst in the pursuit of obtaining 'legal' highs or would a new thread be more appropriate for this?

Would have thought if you ordered these in good faith, believing them to be completely legal, then I can't see why you'd be done. After all, there's nothing on the website that suggests that they are illegal. Would have thought that they'd be done rather than the buyer; if the pills were stopped at customs, would have thought they'd just be confiscated rather than dawn raids occuring, etc.

Yeah but what if someone were to send to your house by mistake 6,000 mdma pills and you got done with it... I didn't buy them won't work easily in court?

Thanks for the comments Biscuit. I found the linked page to be very interesting reading.

The following is from the ACT

A substance (“drug analogue”) which is, in relation to
another substance (being a drug of dependence or a
substance specified elsewhere in this Schedule, or a
stereoisomer, a structural isomer (with the same
constituent groups) or an alkaloid of such a drug or
substance)—

(a) a stereoisomer;
(b) a structural isomer having the same constituent
groups;
(c) an alkaloid;
(d) a structural modification notionally obtained in 1 or
more of the following ways:
(i) by the replacement of up to 2 carbocyclic
or heterocyclic ring structures with
different carbocyclic or heterocyclic ring
structures;
(ii) by the addition of hydrogen atoms to 1 or
more unsaturated bonds;
(iii) by the addition of 1 or more of the
following groups, namely alkoxy, cyclic
diether, acyl, acyloxy, mono-amino and
dialkylamino groups with up to 6 carbon
atoms in any alkyl residue; alkyl, alkenyl
and alkynyl groups with up to 6 carbon
atoms in the group, where the group is
attached to oxygen (for example, an ester or
an ether group), nitrogen, sulphur or
carbon; and halogen, hydroxy, nitro and
amino groups;
(iv) by the replacement of 1 or more of the
groups specified in subparagraph (iii) with
another such group or groups;
(v) by the conversion of a carboxyl or an ester
group into an amide group; or
(e) otherwise an homologue, analogue, chemical
derivative or substance substantially similar in
chemical structure;
however manufactured or actually obtained, except where
the drug analogue—
(f) is a drug of dependence;
(g) is separately specified in this Schedule;
(h) is specified in a Schedule to the Poisons and Drugs
Act 1978; or
(i) is specified in the Schedule to the Public Health
(Prohibited Drugs) Act 1957..................................... The minimum traffickable quantity

SA legislation also includes provision for substances that either mimic a schedulled illicit drug or results in similar pharmacological effects. Qld legislation is also very comprehensive in this area.

I see your point, but what if I genuinely thought I was buying an amino acid or vitamin supplement? WOuld have thought the police would have more important fish to fry. After all, I would not be intentionally ordering anything illegal.

IANAL but I would imagine you would still face charges for importing a restricted substance and it would then be put before the courts to work out.

If you genuinely believed what you were purchasing was legal, the product purchased was advertised as something legal and you were able to prove these facts in a court of law then Ignorantia juris non excusat would not even come in to play.

Just a bit of a side topic but relating to this at the same time, has anyone else noticed that law has become alot stricter on the end of the chain now (the end buyer)? I remember before 2000, they were more interested in the higher parts of the chain, and although you wouldnt "get off" they would let you off easier.
Seems these days whoever they catch they charge them with as much as possible.

This is why iam getting really worried about ordering these, also what is American law that makes them illegal and not ours? Surely by P_D's post this would come under a analogue schedule?

One other thing, could they use the record of you ordering the pills against you?
Say the next order i get called into court, could they use the previous orders to charge you without actually still having them?
