Need Help Finding First Cycle

Just taking a quick glance, you're eating the wrong foods. I wouldn't eat any breads for breakfast. That just takes up space in your stomach that more nutritious, calorie packed foods could be occupying. You could really simplify your breakfast. 8 eggs, large serving potatoes(that looks like potatoes in your picture?), and more meats. Me personally, I'd put all that in two oversize burritos. Eat 1, eat the 2nd 2 hours later.

Some of the vets will be able to give you a more technical explanation of where you're going wrong.
 
I was put on a carb diet by my personal trainer which honestly did give me gains but then i just plateaued, i went from 155 to 180 in about 2 months .

i was alot smaller i have been stuck at 175-180 range for the last 3 months, i dont mind spending on food so if you have any day to day diets that are good let me know and ill get it to improve my gains
 
Ok here is the thing when trying to bulk, even cleanly, I don't follow a very specific diet ( no one should unless your preparing fro a contest or as a part of your sport.) Now this begin said I don't buy into the eat -7-8 meals a day I break my shit down into 3 meals, 2 snacks and 3-5 shakes

My day is spaced out pretty wide As I wake up at 4am, eat a breakfast at 5snack at 8 lunch at 1 snack at 5 dinner at 8 shakes are 1 hour prework out post work out, then before bed with an extra shake when I am really trying to bulk that i take to bed with me and drink when I get up to piss.

A meal will look like this If I am bulking.
8-12oz lean protein an 8 oz steak and 2 poached eggs ( works as a great breakfast or lunch) now you ditch the fat from frying the eggs, and you get all the nutrition from the yolk, I am an egg whore so I will never eat just the whites unless I am making MERINGUE!) and some rice or potato, corn some thign of this nature.

Sample of my meals/snack
So a nice lean piece of Steak 8 oz say Skirt steak or two 6 oz Tilapia fillets
grilled with olive oil and garlic, with a little thai birdseye chilies
1cup cooked rice
Been sprouts, lotus roots
served with a little Thai chili sauce
Some Ice tea ( home brewed honey to sweeten unless using mango chunks ^-^


Sample snack
1/2 cup spicy unsalted walnuts, 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 apple & 1 orange 3/4 cup of berries ( mixed black.blue/ cran)
12oz glass milk ( whole)

sample Late night Shake
16oz Whole Milk
3 scoops Casein protien ( 30g.scoop)
1tsp vanilia.
5g EAA
5g BCAA


Breakfast for me is always oatmeal, or cream of wheat with fruit, with a protein shake, as well as a nice small egg dish my favorite is usually 2 scrambled eggs, with cheese, tomato, scallion, garlic
Or my woman makes these killer waffles with protein powder I will try to get the recipe from her but there things are straight up fucking delicious. Like I said I am not eating like 8 meals a day my snacks are real snacks like fruit milk, shit you can eat and still work, or hike or what ever. It is just your active and I can tell your not eating properly. I will take the time and post up a better sample day when I get some sleep, and my health issue evens out a bit for myself,. Though I know Genetic Freak is by far better at this aspect then my self. Some perhaps He can help you with a better diet plan.
 
Thank you for taking the time to give me these great tips i will, add it into my diet and will record my progress on a monthly basis, i will take any advice and mentors if any would like to be as i try and bulk up naturally. Thank you all again for the support.

Well not a lot of shit worth really taking. But here is my list of shit that Is worth taking and taking regularly

1- a solid multi vitamin
2- a joint support supplement that has glucosamine, chondroitin msm, and cissus
3- Branch chain Amino acids
4- Essential amino acids
5- Protein supplementation because lets face it your not eating all or your protein in food form.

Those are the ones that I would take daily, hell or high water especially when training heavily. There are plenty of other add ons so to speak. But really that are just extras that you can play with. The rest of your nutrition should come from whole foods, try to cut back on processed foods as much as possible this goes fro sugar, in particular, but works with other foods as well. The more you take the time to eat cleanly and mindfully the more you will begin to see what works bets for you and in what proportions.
 
Unless you are already showing supreme genetics, with diet and training methodology at 100% then AAS are not for you at 19...

I'll preface by saying that that^ is the 1st thing I'd say.

Now that that's out of the way, and considering that there's no real reco for a proper 1st, my reco for a 1st cycle for that age (or my age, about a decade older than you) is the enanthate ester of testosterone (or "testosterone enanthate") You can check this site for past threads that will show you real answers for ppl's reco's for a 1st cycle, this is a repeat thread. And, frankly, I'm not paying lip service to ppl saying you don't need it I'm just giving the factual answer to this thread's topic. But from what I've read here, I could certainly help (i'm unavailable. 'could' is operative there ;) ) show you how to use nutes/training better than you'll find from buying/running test in ignorance..

[edit: I ran a cycle at that age, too. My experience was about the same as all of the ppl that age I knew who used steroids, we got big for a minute then shrunk, because we were incredibly ignorant about training and nutrition; to many of us, it was almost worthwhile, even if the gains were only while on-cycle, which is hard to admit because in hindsight that is fucking retarded. The fact we were unable to get past where you are naturally, guaranteed we cuoldn't retain "steroid gains" A decade later, I'm glad I experimented w/ just test instead of my friends who were using wayyy more "hardcore" (dbol etc) stuff at that age]
