Seconded. Any cops i have had experience with would have fucked this guy up with no warnings. As stated numerous times he was given a solid two minutes to comply before they tried to arrest him, and he resisted arrest.
Any of you guys take a few speed-based E pills before? I'm no Dirk Diggler, but I'm fairly well endowed. After running through 3-4 tabs of that stuff I have to hunt to find my shit. Maybe that was the case with him?

Those cops were fucking way out of line, they fucked that guy up; kneeing him in the ribs, grabbing him by the hair, tasing the shit out of him. If I were in that crowd, especially if I was inebriated, I would have been throwing shit at those cops -- whether or not that's right, I'm not debating, but I still would have thrown shit at those fuckass cops.
You clearly don't know anything about the law or police officers. These cops probably broke protocol by the number of chances they DID give him first, not the other way around.

Was there a need to tase him in the neck? No. Was there a need to use a taser in the first place? No. Why do many people seem so complacent with the use of tasers? The poor guy is being hit with electricity in his fucking neck!
In the countries where I live/lived, i.e European countries - the police don't need tasers to arrest someone who's putting up a bit of resistence.
This dude didn't get tased in the neck until he had been tased MULTIPLE times in the back and he STILL wouldn't chill the fuck out and comply. They likely didn't use mace/pepper spray because of the crowds of people.

These cops should have started using force sooner than they did, they gave this many more chances than he deserved. The kept tasing him because he kept resisting even after being tased. Am I defending the law? No. Did these cops write the law? No. They're doing they're jobs, and they did them extremely well. Dealing with people like this on a daily basis has got to be stressful, and keeping your cool and having patience when someone hippy wizard decides to strip naked can't be easy on police. Sure they could have just let him be, if they wanted to lose they're jobs...
Regardless of this guys penis, he has more balls then most people simply because of how many times he was tasered and took it like a man. Props.
And don't get me wrong, i FUCKING hate cops. I hate them with all my heart in most instances. I have had experiences with dirty cops and let me tell you, at the end of the day nothing is legal or illegal - everything depends solely on the cop and what he decides to file in his report. Those many cops will abuse their power, these cops WERENT. They made a lawful arrest using proper levels of force and kept they're cool in a shitty situation. They gave this guy more opportunity than they were required to give him to comply and he refused. I guarantee he wouldn't have even been arrested they were just trying to get him clothed. I'd be willing to bet that actually.
