There is a bit much discussion of people meeting up for hunts in here, I would appreciate if you guys could cut that out otherwise I might have to step in. Keep that shit to PM, you are drawing unneccessary attraction to yourselves and possibly this site.
Shroom Assassin, you do not need a veteran to learn, sure with a veteran you are likely to hit subs on your first hunt but personally I think it is a lot more rewarding to be self taught. I taught myself and was an avid shroom picker for years, nobody who ever ate a shroom I picked got sick and obviously neither did I, nobody I have since taught to pick has poisoned themselves or others to my knowledge either.
I coudn't count how many unsuccessful outings I had before I finally found shrooms, had I gone out with someone who knew what they were doing I could of avoided this, but I feel it would of made my first find and my first trip a lot less rewarding. After the first find I was spotting them everywhere, it really is not hard to learn. You should stop being slack expecting others to show you and do the work yourself, bluelight is about helping others and I am all for that but there isn't any good reason you should need another bluelighter to risk their annonymity to save you a bit of reading and trekking about in the cold weather.
