I get this also...
But there is also a euphoric and escapist aspect to the weed high...along with being legal and having no hangover or physical dependency...it keeps me coming back even though it makes me obssesive about crazy shit to the point of almost having a mental break
I haven't experienced that euphoria since I was 16. I can't get high on pot without chest pain. Even with cognitive therapy and anti-depressants, the THC warrants a very agonizing state-of-mind like this neurosis I've never had and almost laugh about it when I'm sober. I think pot, despite it's cultural status of being cool, should be approached like any other drug. I don't understand why networks like BBC air these programs leaning on the idea that pot makes you better at driving, like wtf.. or this shared ideology that if everyone got high on pot, we'd all get along... yeah maybe if everyone was spiritually narcissistic and listened to Sublime we'd all get along fine. With that said (lol), I cannot wait to get my hands on some cbd for the pain in my hamstrings and quads, one of the many side effects of speed abuse.
