Thanks, still waiting on an email to let me know it's available. Leaving Optus after ten years is a change, but I'm informed the Voda network in capitals is pretty good... also, I'm hearing that Vodafone phone insurance is pretty crap, that true?
Optus phone insurance is pretty awesome, they'll replace your phone at the drop of a hat with a pretty low excess. Voda's insurance I hear has loads of clauses that prevent claims in a lot of situations and has a pretty high excess too... I might skip this and get insurance elsewhere.

I never bother with insurance. I have broken my screen three times and I doubt they wouod cover that and anyways its still prolly cheaper for me to just repleace it.

I got a nokia from vodafone about 1 months ago and i lost it while out. i made no effort to locate it beyond calling it a few times because i forgot the contract is for 2 years lol. i have insurance. will they send me a new one? i havent called vodafone yet because i would prefer to tell an informed lie than pay for a phone i dont possess

ALSO the stupid bitch changes the words when you don't want it to. I texted my mate the other day because I was @ his shop.
I wrote 'I'm at shop' but it changed it to 'I'm at shopping' WHAT THE HELL
Oh also another time I wanted to text "come shop" to another person and it wrote "come shopping". They were a tad confused.

if your in Sydney and haave the time, pop into the Apple store on George St, they will replace the whole phone for $285 (8GB). you have to make an appointment before you go.
As for the insurance, read the PDS (can get from VF shop) before you make a claim, it basiccally tells you what to say in it, and youll need to make a police report
I have a very shitty Samsung SJ700, it is quite possibly.. no actually it is the worst phone I have ever had! Its the first phone i have had that is not a nokia.
An apostrophe has to be accessed the long way, like the way you use other uncommon symbols. So fucking annoying.
You can't play music and use the phones other functions at the same time.
You can't use the memory card as storage space for text messages and ringtones. It only has 8mb internal. So you really cant afford to save funny MMS messages.
All I want is a phone that automatically saves text messages, without having to press send and save everytime i send a message. I'm a huge drunk dialler and need to know what message I have sent out... cause now, I get someone saying to me.. OMG what was that message you sent to me last week.. and I cant recall it at all... Also waking up to text messages and I dont know what I have said to get the reaction they gave.. good and bad.

my new Google phone
It has a little clitoris at the bottom, when my phone rings it throbs bright pink! (The manual says it's flashing red but I know better). Sometimes the phone won't even be on and I'll give it a rub or fifteen for good luck, and because I'm so incredibly immature, rubbing it pretty much ALWAYS makes me laugh.
All I need now is an app that purrs when I scroll the trackball and we'll be a real couple.
