no, this wasn't about the vitamins or the physical activity, or the tap water (which I wouldn't challenge a person for being weary of: a year ago, the local water authority accidentally dumped 40 times the normal level of chloramine into the water, and only told us about it after the fact)
the microwaves though (the subject of the thread), I think is stupid, and I decided to call you on it, because this is an open forum.
Microwaves are worthless for making the kind of food that makes you go yum. I'll give you that. IMO, though, they're worth it solely for reheating food and drinks quickly, or thawing something to room temperature. People who throw away microwaves because they can't make creme brulee are missing the point, IMO.
The other thing though, the energetic toxicity. Why? People take that soft of thing (crap) like the gospel because it comes from someone who claims its a revelation that some kabal of evil people want to keep secret. Well, there's nothing like the sense of smug superiority one gets from having "inside information" about what's really going down, is there?
Radiation isn't a dirty word. How do you think grills, ovens, pots, pans, et cetera cook food? What do you think is shining down from the sun?
I had to jump in, because nothing bothers me more than a 12th century understanding of science in a 21st century world.
