No money. Im bad at planning ahead, so I screwed myself and will now be broke this weekend. Looks like Im stuck at home for the family BBQ this year.
 
I went to the official pre-party on Friday night at Bleu, and it was a blast! Such a fun atmosphere at that place. A little too crowded, but great fun nonetheless.
 
first day was awesome. moby, deadmau5 and pete rock killed it.

went to two after-parties, both of which were honestly not great. the first was a "private club", aka an apt in the middle of baron area. the dj was terrible and showed it. barely any transitions. even dropping the needle and trying to beatmatch live and nobody was dancing at all. so we went to the detroit militia party..... but it was over. so we went down the street. it was the same place adam jay played last year. it was alright, but again, odd. realllly dark techno in the back room. lots of gay guys though. too bad i didn't strike up any conversations. ;]

also, two cabbies have tried to pull one on us. didn't have that problem last year.

i know today will be better though!!
