^oh man. i'll give it to moby, he worked the crowd like none other. he did that like 3 times.
i was rolling so fucking hard by the end of it. i didn't even care when he started playing a 5 year old chemical brothers track. all in all, he still did a surprisingly good set.

oh hai! i remember you. met you through kelz in louisville when we went down to see larner and stew at pink door! I think I saw you at DEMF this year too but didn't realize it was you until after walking away or something like that. i don't know, the weekend is a blur already.

i'm coming down to L-Town again to play in July :]

it was. great set, but right at the end, they did this insane build up to the best bit of music i heard there the whole time.


also, i don't know if richie hawtin was having an off-moment, but what i saw from his set was pretty fucking weak.
heavy hitting bass, but not much else. maybe i just stopped in to check it out at the wrong moment.

DEMF was particularly good this year. Great pills and acid flowing around everywhere, even managed to sample some 2c-b and ketamine. Music was good as well ;)

those are nice, 6/7. i remember the first year i went to demf my bf and i were sitting by the detroit river. there was a little candy raver girl who had the coolest dance light things i'd ever seen in my 8+ years of going to parties. her batteries died, and she seemed a little upset. so, i gave her the batteries out of my camera.

sometimes it's worth sticking around to see cool dancing like that.

i would totally post of a pic of me with spidey in my spider man shirt if i didn't look totally hung over and pissed off in the pic. maybe in IM land sometime, SA. ;)

he was definitely worth keeping tabs on throughout the weekend.
