Methoxetamine Discussion Thread

Anyone tried smoking this like Jake suggested? I gave some to some mates earlier today and we tried dissolving some and then drawing it back into a ciggie like you would with PCP. I had to drive and work so I did not part take but they seemed to enjoy it, both friends had already insufflated some but one in particular did not seem to be affected until he smoked some of the laced cigarette.

Both of them insisted smoking was much better and scabbed a bit more off me to lace up another cig. I have to admit I am 50/50 as one in particular has always wanted to do PCP and was VERY keen on the idea of 'wet cigarettes', so there is a chance the effect they got is largely placebo, especially since they were already on the drug.

I found smoking it very wasteful (both in laced cigarettes/joints and in vapourising). It taste horrible, doesn't burn well and is probably horrible for the lungs.
 
im a little worried that particular substance may have been confiscated recently as being illegal in a certain drug raid? is that the case?
i only ask because there was confirmation of this issue re ethylphenidate in another thread, hope im not breaking any rules
I basically just want to find out whether there is currently an issue with mxe and the law
 
^ Did you just lace up with the powder or dissolve in solution first? It didn't smell too bad to me, and neither of my friends displayed any signs of respiratory discomfort (although they are both heavy cannabis smokers) and it burnt about as well as I possibly could of expected having given it minimal time to dry out.

I don't imagine this could possibly be the most efficient method to consume your MXE in terms of economy, but I do see how it could have a much more intense onset than when snorting or taken orally. I suppose being on this stuff puts one in quite a suggestible mindstate and their experience could be largely placebo. I think I might do some further experimentation in this regard as the idea of smoking a dissociative in a manner similar to PCP is appealing to me.
 
Fuck knows if this stuff is illegal, I don't have the chem or legal knowledge to know for certain... I would say with Australia's analogue acts if the pigs want to give you a headache over this substance they will, and I would be surprised if too many magistrates look into the finer details of the differences between this substance and currently scheduled substances. Honestly anyone who ordered this stuff at any time (myself included) is either extremely naive or very well knew the risks that they took.
 
I guess a fair indication is whether the law consficates the MXE in there current operation, if what has been reported that they didn't confiscate the Ethylenidate then that one seems to be ok by the Law. It would be interesting to know if they confiscated the Methoxetamine as this would be a fairly good indication as to whether the people who purchased this one have anything to worry about.
If anyone can confirm how the MXE faired with the raids I am sure a lot of BLs would appreciate that information.
Mods I know we are getting close to breaking the rules discussing this but it could be argued getting the information out there might avoid someone doing something that might harm themselves as stress can be a very distructive feeling to deal with.

^ This is getting outside the bounds of what is acceptable. Whether or not something is taken in a particular seizure has no real bearing on another investigative team or magistrates interpretation of the legality of said substance. From what I understan, MXE is an analogue of ketamine and I am sure if the cards were stacked against you that you could be prosecuted for importation, possession, distribution or use of this substance.

I laced rather than soaked, also vapourised in a test tube. I used resonable amounts in both and got barely any effect. IMO rectal provides the best rush and onset
 
Rectal either leads to not feeling it or ego death for me, strange. I can't find an in between and my gf is sick of spending 6 hours of me asking why this and why that, who I am etc.

Snorting is far better IMO.


MXE may give a false positive to PCP with basic tests.
 
on a low dose it would be good i reckon. on a higher dose it would be EXTREMELY fucked up
 
Nah not personally but people in America have had charges pressed against them for importing PCP until it was lab analysed.

Not sure what tests they used but I doubt they are used in Aus due to the very small amounts of PCP going around.
 
Has anyone noticed that MXE use has lowered their opioid tolerance? One night I had a great MXE trip, the next day used codeine and BAM was like my tolerance had come down a hell of a lot. I also used DXM before the codeine, but DXM never brings it down that much. I even had to grab some antihistamines to reduce the uncontrollable itching, and now I have scratches on my side where I ripped my skin off. :\
 
Yeah Mr Blonde, I take codeine for a medical condition and the normal doses that I take can feel 3-4 times stronger when they are taken after mxe
 
LOL I have still been meaning to have round two with this substance, a few mates I obliged with a taste made it seem like an extremely fun drug, despite my somewhat lacklustre initial experience. I better make sure to get a few packets of CO before I have my next thrash though, it would be nice to amplify the effects of a ceiling dose of codeine by a couple times. Seems in the second half of this year that no level of abstinence from opiates will make codeine a particularly strong experience for me, even with the aid of benzos. I guess as someone who first done dope at 15 or 16 and been CWEing fairly regularly for a number of years I shouldn't be too surprised... but it still sucks!
 
Ok so this is my opinion on whats going around as MXE. The yellowish product that was solute in H20 was MXE from India with asobic acid cut. The white "Aussie" MXE is not MXE but another less "fun" disassociative cut/contaminated with magnesium strearate and comes from China. Both are good but different, the chinese stuff you develop tolerance very quickly compared to INdian product. This Stuff is great for painting/sculpting, I love it for these purposes! It contorts your perception of reality in such a unique manner. I highly advise those of you capable of being productive while under the influence of dissociative drugs to paint/sculpt produce some form of creative expression as this product is so much better than acid for this purpose! That said I'm off to work on another painting!
