i'm up for the 6.30 slot but not too bothered.. i don't know how many 24hr bars there are in Melbourne but we have one in our hostel (just opposite flinders street station) which is also open to the public.

Looks like 6.30 is coming out tops. I don't know about anyone else but I get way too impatient and don't want to still be eating at 10pm. There's every possibility by 8pm I'd be already drunk too.

6.30's just a little earlier than i hoped though!

If we do go 6.30pm, everyone has to understand that they need to turn up on time - Teppanyaki's not like a normal restaurant where the group can order and latecomers can just order later. Everyone gets served the same thing at the same time, and if you're late, you just miss courses entirely.

I guess guys and girls toilets are waaaaaaaaaaaaaay different. There's nothing worse than going to the loo to rack up some lines only to walk into a stall where the entire floor and walls are soaked in piss and the toilet has diahorrea sprayed all over the inside and all over the seat. I just feel so rotten doing drugs in those kinds of toilets. BUT, if the toilets/bathroom is nice clean and classy then I feel like I'm higher class. I know I'm not upper class but it's nice to dream

Oh yeah, I have a mirror. I would never snort lines off the toilet seat. That's just feral as fuck. Just standing in amongst all the pooey filth while snorting lines makes me think, "So, this is what my life has amounted to, doing drugs while standing in a puddle of piss and trying not to gag from the smell of fresh shit". Hehe, I did not see that one coming from the plans I had in high school.

Hey SLM, at this stage can you just put me down for drinks afterwards for the meetup? I may actually be able to come to dinner still, and if I can I will let you know as soon as I can, but I don't feel fair leaving it all vague for now. My family are notoriously fucking horrible at actually organising anything at all or letting people know it's organised. Here is a telephone conversation between me and my sister which has actually happened (LOTS more than once) to illustrate my point:

SIS: You're coming this arvo, aren't you?
ME: Umm..coming to what?
SIS: The bbq at my place! Everyone else is already here, they want to know where you are!
ME: Sis. I cannot come to your house for a bbq unless you tell me there's going to be a bbq.
SIS: Everyone else knew!
ME: .....

I'm sure my sister thinks that the world is composed of some kind of collective consciousness situation where as long as you tell a couple of people something, it will automatically filter to the rest of the populace...she also thinks voicemail is like an answering machine, and if you spend ten minutes yelling "TRAV I KNOW YOU'RE THERE ANSWER ME!!!!" eventually I will answer.
