Click here to get up to speed on the latest developments in the quest for the perfect parma. :D

LOL! That's hilarious. Imagine that being your life mission :D

According to the site, Richmond seems to be full of good Parma action? The following pubs are all listed in the top ratings:

Mt. View Hotel
Corner Hotel
Royal Oak Hotel
Prince Alfred Hotel
Kingston Hotel

.... anyone been to any of these and can vouch for the ambience (don't want anywhere too dirty/dodgy)?

Non-Parma fans, there will surely be something else on a pub menu to suit you. You know we're only going there to drink all afternoon anyway :D

ps. Aha my favourite parma place, The Notting Hill (Clayton) is on the list!

Another review for the Prince Alfred.
The Mt View is one on the hill of Bridge Rd. Pretty boring looking....Too many pokies and its got that nasty casino type carpet.

The Royal Oak is the one of the corner of Burnley with the big tiger on the front of it. Never been insided cept to place a bet for the Cup. Looks pretty seedy.

The London is a pretty cool pub and was my local for a while. Fantastic HUGE beer garden and top notch food.

Another old local of mine was The Royston

Even better food, and if you like your microbrewery beers they've got a massive range on tap. Not to mention Mountain Goat brewery is just across the road and is open every Friday night.

(I love google :) )

BTW that D&B thing looks awesome.

The London is a winner --- *starfalls69* used to work there, not sure if she still does?
It's one of my work locals. =D

For access, I'm thinking something a bit more central would be better - I doubt people are going to want to have to drive to wherever it is, so access via PT is a must.

Wow I never knew *starfalls69* worked there! She probably served me drinks once :D

Its pretty close to PT too...Richmond Station and the Swan St trams are only a five minute walk.

if you want a good parma, you have to check out

www.superparma.com

rates pubs on their parmas etc.

Apparently the Leveson in City/North Melbourne is the top one.

It's just near the vic markets so would be easy to get to.

ahaha, I undeniably suck.

well, I assumed that if people had looked at the site there would be no argument as to where the best parmas were.....something something

Saturday afternoon appeals more [Sunday mornings / afternoons are usually bike rides]. :)

Then why hasn't the bike moved from the garage on a sunday morning or afternoon???

^I find it completely bizzare that you would post that.

The last two weeks my riding partner has been either working or interstate. It's been used plenty regularly up until then, but I hadn't noticed you around on those mornings/afternoons. We have a riding 'date' every second Sunday [when he's not working].
Since when have you cared about my riding anyway? 8)

mm parma! ... Either The Rose, which I know is good.. Or The Terminus, where the parma is fucking expensive and you have to order it 24hours before hand.... cause it is meant to be that good..
