im not sure if we are aloud to mention price's of vapes on here so mods please remove this if its not aloud but i was in a bong shop the other day and they had a volcano vape in there for a fucking price removed:O.I ended up getting a vapir one version 5.0 and after smoking bongs daily for about 4-5 years im very very impressed with vapes spewing i didnt get one before.Save so much weed compaired to smoking bongs!even leaf gets me fucked

In that case, if you save weed, then if you are going to use it in the long wrong, arent you better off using a vapouriser?

lol yer bloody oath they do mate thats what i was gettin at hahaha...................got somthin to ask im out of buds but got plenty of leaf here i been vaping it n its doing the job.Should i vape it at a dif temp to buds?If so what tempture do i set it to for leaf?
 
Got a da buddha vape last week.
Opinion: awesome..
Really easy on the lungs and throat...use waaaay less weed..and can cook with it after..
The high: way less heavy body/tiredness...more motivation and clarity but still quite "Fucked"
 
I'm planning on buying the Magic Flight Launch box, but I don't want to drop that much money for the whole kit.

Does anyone know if I can get it cheaper at a head shop, or is this the general price *snip* If I can just buy the basics and all?

I've owned Da Buddha for the last year n half or so, an i really do love it. I have a couple complaints with it minimal, but when i upgrade (which will probably be years from now) there is one vape i forget the name of, it's a whip and a bag. I remember it looking pretty sick, and after having a whip, i think I'll always want one near by, discreet, and so easy to use. The warm up on the Buddha is like a minute, it's small but cast iron, iv'e dropped mine from a 3 story building and it still works flawlessly.

I also just made some zucchini bread edibles with the after vape, i can cook about twice a year with em, and they are very good.

There's so many reasons to vape, i don't see why other then money costs someone would prefer bong or pipe. My friend has everything and still grabs the bong :/

Is it the ExtremeQ by any chance? I've had it for about 3 months now and IMO its the best on the market, but not the cheapest. The ExtremeQ 4.0 is the ultimate tower-type vaper. Warms up extremely quick and can be used with the bag or whip. With the whip you can use it in an on-demand setting, or turn the fan on and let it do the work. The whip is nice and long, about 3.5ft, and has a swivel base and multiple mouthpieces if you want to each have your own for sharing. Its digital, easy to use, and comes with a remote control too!

I bought the VaporTower last week and at first i wasn't very impressed. I kind of missed the smoky feeling and felt like the mist wasn't doing much and not nearly as much as a smoked bowl. After a couple days when i learned the temperatures, i started loving it. I can keep the same bowl for about 3-4 sessions and its a pretty small bowl, only a medium sized bud. Not to mention not getting that thought/feeling in the middle of a cough attack that your throat is on fire.
 
Vaporizer inhaling techniques?

Im writing this in the process of vaporizing. Im curious how do experienced people vape? I start out with a couple slow inhalations then it seems i just inhale the same if its was a pipe to my mouth.

vaping has its own routine as well.

turn on the heater. watch the digits climb.
select nugs from jar.
grind nugs.
pack bowl.
fill bag.
inhale.
adjust temp.
repeat.
 
Does anyone get horrible reflux, heartburn or indigestion type symptoms from over-using a vape?

I am talking to the point where you have to take antacids every day.
 
I would HIGHLY recommend this one:

Raise to 500 (temp), hit 'set'. Sit for 5 minutes.
Reduce temp to 350. Vape and enjoy.

Put the weed in, put the tube on, smoke it like a hookah and enjoy w/ friends!

EDIT: Since you can't take PM's. I have a feeling I know what you are talking about. I have come to these conclusions:
  • The air is still HOT, you inhale much faster with a vape, but you can easily harsh your throat and not realize.
  • Try taking smaller tokes or get the vape smoke into a balloon and then smoke out of room temperature air once it's cooled.
  • The Vape high sneaks up on you. Take it slower.
  • A biggie, I've seen that people are A LOT more likely to accidentally swallow some vape air then they were blunt smoke. This would cause all sorts of nausea and issues. Try treating it like it is smoke and being combusted.

I can only receive PM's from people in my friend list.

I personally am not a drug user anymore but have seen one of mates horrible battle with Cannabis Hyperemesis exacerbated by the use of the digital Volcano. He has used Cannabis for over 20 years.

He uses bags so a whip isn't the problem. The problem is that the inside of his gut has been changed by continued overuse of the vape resulting in the Hyperemesis. He can't get through a day without antacids and goes to hospital regularly with "unexplained" vomiting. Of course if he quits using for a month it all goes away.

I observed that he would have slight symptoms of this over the last 18 years using a bong but since he switched to the Volcano 2 years ago the condition has become dramatically worse.

We could really do with a Cannabis Hyperemesis support thread here on CD. I don't know about North America but here in Australia it is an issue with heavy users, some don't even know they have it.
