[Mega] Tryptophan and Dark Chocolate , 'e-diet'

cacao + mdma

I used to create a cacao formula for martial arts tournaments that ill be trying with molly tonight. My gf is really keen on mixing the two, and I am not, so I am going to be the guinea pig since I cant dig up much info on combining these two.

We usually create a mixture of raw unrefined coconut oil, raw local honey, and raw cacao (note: cacao is not a "superfood," its a fucking drug. everything has "antioxidants" in it, including rat shit, so its just a marketing scheme to get idiot vegans hooked on drugs legally). We then heat the mixture in a pyrex glass container on the stove, then when mixed, put in fridge until hard. Then when its solid, bust it up into little chunks, and eat. It turns you into a can of kickass, or as I say, really pushes my tiger style.

So Im probably going to eat one of our little bars (about the size of half of your average thumb), and a few doses of molly. If i can remember writing this, ill report back.

Also, if tryptophan is what youre after, go to a weightlifting supplement store and get some whey isolates with a complete BCAA profile, or just get a tryptophan supplement. Eating cottage cheese specifically for tryptophan is quite inefficient if youre doing a drug experiment (time to digest, pasteurization, homogenization, etc).

^ I mean i eat things like dark choc, and other stuff that have a source of tryptophan everyday, to give my brain its best chance of producing more serotonin

Preloaded on dark chocolate the last few weeks and stopped yesterday with around 5-10 grams in the morning. Let's see how tonight turns out :D

PAGE 11 IS MINE <3

changed my mind. im not gonna do this, findally found some documentation a few places (though no reliable sources) and it really sounds like an uncomfortable comeup, excess body heat (probably not good for the brain), and conflicting vasoconstriction and vasodilatation. it really doesnt seem like somethign that would fit well with MDMA, that is, if one is concerned for the health.

tryptophan is in almost anything, even kiwis.

Not entirely sure what's got rm-rf so upset, but cacao is most certainly not a drug 8) Although I do agree that "antioxidant" is just a buzzword, and the whole "superfood" phenomenon is mainly a gimmick.
whey isolates with a complete BCAA profile
Unnecessary as tryptophan is an aromatic amino acid and not a bcaa.
pasteurization
Without knowing the temperature and time the product was pasteurized, we have no way of knowing to what extent the amino acid profile of the cheese is affected.
homogenization
Should not affect amino acid profile at all as far as I know.

Any protein 'isolate' is extremely unhealthy. Almost 100% of them are GMO's and well, if you don't know about GMO and monsanto it's time to do some googling.

Soy isoflavones, soy protein isolate, whey protein isolate...all so bad for you.

Also homogenization is thought to cause milk allergies in many people...

Whey protein is generally considered the gold standard of protein sources, and among athletes and bodybuilders the benefits of whey protein vs other sources are many-fold. While the cows in question may very well be eating gmo grains, the cows themselves are not gmo(yet8()

It is possible(or certainly should be) to find non-gmo soy and other proteins.

Also homogenization is thought to cause milk allergies in many people...
I don't see how. Homogenization only mixes what is alerady in the milk, it dosen't create new allergens in the milk.

^ Something about the way it rearranges the molecules in the milk causes problems in a lot of humans. I used to LOVE milk (still do just can't f*ckin drink it without feeling like shit).

Also I would definitely not consider whey protein the gold standard, even by a long shot. While whey protein (read: NOT whey protein isolate...check the labels and be shocked how often it says isolate) may be a good time-release protein, spirulina is absolutely superior in every way.

Speaking of GMO grain eating cows, I work at a burger place that sells only grass fed beef. It's so fuckin good man. Like, redefines the hamburger. Lol.

So my roll was eh, was just chatty and shit, came in waves on and off. Was probably the molly I got :/ Well ill try again in a month from today :)

I'm simply telling you how it is. Whey protein is considered the gold standard. I'm not saying it's good or bad, I'm simply saying this is the consensus of the athletic and bodybuilding community at large.
Note - I never mentioned isolate but I see now that you're referring to my earlier quote of rm-rf. I must've read his "whey isolates" as "whey protein". My apologies. I don't actually take protein supplements so I'm not very familiar with the intimate details regarding the differences. However, I do know that whey protein has many advantages over other protein sources*. Perhaps spirulina has these as well. I simply don't know.

I'll have a look.

*They're summed up quite nicely here.

Most of the phenalalanine, tyrosine & tryptophan in milk are in the casein. milk is 80% casein, 20% whey. No reason to buy isolate IMO. When it comes to body building, it really depends what you are going for to decide what protein you need. It's best to take whey with some carbohydrates like in cereal and milk + whey protein isolate, about 1.5 hours before and immediately after working out. Casein is just timed release whey really.

Maybe the kind you drink has something to do with it? I only have problems with the cheap ones with hormones and lactose. I like lactose-free.

Oh god please shut up with this milk-terror articles it's full of bullshit.

There is definitely something to this. I consumed roughly 25 grams of 62% chocolate 3-4 times a week for 3 weeks leading up to roll, ate none the day before or the day of. I took two of the same pills I took last time, clean but low dose. The euphoria I experienced this time was much more intense, there were times I had to stop walking or dancing just to breath and chill as the waves poured over me. My gurning was definitely worse this time around though, my jaw is so sore this morning from clenching my teeth, my tongue is pretty beat up also.. i assume from rubbing it against the roof of my mouth and teeth.

I feel like it turned a good roll into a great roll, almost like I had consumed another half pill. I want to test this one more time so I am going to wait the same amount of time and will refrain from eating chocolate, then will try with the chocolate again the following time.
